Chapter 1091: Then We Will Look Forward to Your Outstanding Performance

Since it is the leaders' goodwill, Liu Chuxue naturally would not refuse: "Thank you, all you leaders."

After saying this, Director Chen wiped the smile from his face and spoke of the main matter: "Comrade Liu Chuxue, I called you over to ask a favor."

Although Sister Hong had revealed the background, Liu Chuxue could not accept Director Chen's phrasing: "Director Chen, I cannot bear such a request; after all, I am already a member of our factory. Just give me your orders; as long as it is for the good of the factory, I will certainly obey the factory's arrangements without hesitation."

Hearing Liu Chuxue's words, which were neither humble nor arrogant and showed a spirit of dedication, the several leaders were naturally extremely satisfied.

Director Chen smiled even more like a blooming flower: "In the latter half of the month, there is a Canton Fair in Guangdong Province. Because we received an urgent notice from higher authorities, the matter is quite pressing, so we must finalize the participants this week. Your Finance Department was also supposed to send someone, but we called you over specifically to have you go along as the factory's translator."

Speaking to this point, Director Chen coughed lightly with some embarrassment: "As you know, only Translator Lu is presentable in our factory, but I don't know if it's bad Feng Shui in our factory office or what, but whenever it's a critical moment, things fall through. Just a few days ago, he injured his leg; I went to see him, and his leg is swollen like an elephant's leg. He probably won't be able to work for a while. Since the translators must go with the first batch of personnel ahead of schedule, we can only have the factory leaders step in to coordinate."

Hearing this, Liu Chuxue deliberately said: "Isn't there also Comrade Qin?"

After all, she did not want Comrade Qin to think she had stolen her opportunity and brought unnecessary trouble upon herself; she had heard before that Comrade Qin's background was not simple.

Factory Director Yang was experienced and saw Liu Chuxue's purpose at a glance, but he could not say Comrade Qin was incompetent; if he really said that, it would be no different from slapping his own face, since the translation post was a position decided jointly by the leaders of the factory committee: "Comrade Qin has been assigned other work previously and cannot be spared, so we came up with this plan at the last minute. Do not have any concerns."

Since the matter had been spoken to this extent, Liu Chuxue naturally could not say anything else: "I understand. Please rest assured, leaders. Since you have entrusted me with such a heavy responsibility, I will certainly work hard to do the job well and not drag anyone's feet."

Hearing Liu Chuxue's words, the leaders present were all smiling: "Then we will look forward to your outstanding performance."

After she finished speaking, Director Chen looked at Section Chief Li, who had come over with Liu Chuxue: "Section Chief Li, the advance team must depart in three days. Please trouble you to coordinate Comrade Liu Chuxue's regular duties."

Having risen to the rank of Section Chief, he was naturally a smart person: "Please rest assured, leaders. I will make arrangements as soon as I return."

Seeing that there was nothing more for her to do, Liu Chuxue turned to look at Section Chief Li.

Section Chief Li knew that Liu Chuxue had already been temporarily transferred from his section to go along, so the finance personnel would certainly not be drawn from his section again; he said his goodbyes and took Liu Chuxue back to the section first.

Along the way, Section Chief Li did not forget to give Liu Chuxue a few words of advice.

Liu Chuxue knew this was the Section Chief's words of experience and thanked him very solemnly.

As soon as they entered the office, everyone looked over. Section Chief Li was not one to drag things out: "Everyone, stop what you are doing for a moment. I have something to announce. In the latter half of this month, there is a Canton Fair in Guangdong Province. Liu Chuxue has been temporarily seconded by the factory office. Because the matter is urgent, she must leave in three days along with the advance team."

"Her current work must be temporarily taken over by someone else."
