Mo Ruhua heard Liu Chuxue's words: "Is it that obvious?"

Liu Chuxue nodded with a smile.

Fu Yan Cheng saw Mo Ruhua running over, looked at Liu Chuxue: "You two chat. I'll take the briefcase inside, head back to the training ground first, and return after training ends."

He had only asked for half an hour off; after settling his wife, he had to go back to supervise training.

Liu Chuxue touched her belly: "I've just handed over the work at the steel mill. I want to rest for a while first, so I won't compete for the spots with everyone else."

Mo Ruhua didn't expect Liu Chuxue not to sign up: "This is a rare opportunity."

Liu Chuxue led Mo Ruhua into the room: "I'm pregnant now. Even if I sign up, I'd only last a short while before needing maternity leave. It's better to stay home and rest peacefully for the baby."

Mo Ruhua, beaming with joy, said: "Your speed is unmatched. This is a welcome-baby blessing. Your in-laws must be overjoyed."

Liu Chuxue nodded with a smile: "Others may not know, but my parents-in-law are certainly very happy."

Mo Ruhua knew she needed more rest now that she was pregnant. After chatting a few more moments, Mo Ruhua said: "I still have chores in my courtyard. You rest first; I'll come back this afternoon to keep you company."

After seeing her off, she closed the courtyard gate directly. She was indeed a bit sleepy and wanted to go inside to rest.

Yet, the moment her head touched the pillow, it was time for Fu Yan Cheng to return.

Fu Yan Cheng saw the main gate still closed, so he climbed directly over the courtyard wall into the yard. Seeing her sleeping soundly, he couldn't resist the temptation and leaned down to kiss Liu Chuxue on the forehead.

Liu Chuxue didn't loosen her hold on him and kept her eyes closed: "If you go to the cafeteria to get food, rumors will spread tomorrow that I'm lazy."

Hearing her say this, Fu Yan Cheng pinched her cheek: "Then I'll cook for you. You rest a bit longer."

Liu Chuxue opened her eyes now: "I'll go help too; that way it will be faster."

Saying this, she turned her body over to make it convenient for Fu Yan Cheng to lie down too.

Fu Yan Cheng didn't expect his wife to have quietly accomplished such a big thing: "Wife, you're truly amazing."

Saying this, he happily kissed Liu Chuxue's face twice more with force: "Wife, although this is good news, your husband can support you. Everything must prioritize your health. You must not neglect your body for the sake of translation fees."

Liu Chuxue snuggled closer into his arms: "I know. The reason I took the translation exam was to ensure I wouldn't be too bored in my spare time and could earn some income. Don't worry; I certainly won't overwork myself."
