After speaking, she pointed to the people behind and introduced them: "This is Fang Junlan, spouse of Guo Sanjun, commander of the First Battalion of the Second Regiment; behind her is Ding Ai-jia, spouse of Du Qubai, political commissar of the Second Regiment; and the one at the very back is Qiao Huiyan, spouse of Gao Shiming, deputy battalion commander of the First Battalion of the Third Regiment."

After finishing the introductions, she smiled and looked at Liu Chuxue: "Are you wondering what we came to do today?"

Liu Chuxue smiled and led them into the courtyard: "Whatever you came for, sisters-in-law, come in and sit before we talk."

Under the osmanthus tree, she moved several tree stumps over, letting everyone sit down: "Sisters-in-law, please sit; I'll go make a pot of tea for everyone."
