The woman had just settled down when Guo Yueliang came looking for her, carrying a net bag in her hand containing malted milk powder and canned goods.

Seeing her display, Liu Chuxue thought: Good thing I prepared something too, or it would have been so rude.

After the pleasantries, Liu Chuxue spoke: "Is it convenient for your grandfather? I'd like to go visit him as well."

Guo Yueliang smiled: "No inconvenience at all; my parents are there too."

After telling her mother-in-law, Liu Chuxue took the prepared net bag and followed Guo Yueliang out of the ward.

Grandfather Guo was in a high-class ward on the third floor.

When Guo Yueliang brought Liu Chuxue in, her cousin and his wife were also there; seeing the items Liu Chuxue carried, a glint of sharp light flashed in their eyes.

Grandfather Guo saw Liu Chuxue: "My Liangliang always mentions you."

Liu Chuxue smiled and placed the net bag on the bedside table too, laughing: "What has she been saying about me?"

Seeing that Liu Chuxue was completely at ease and could even joke with him, the old man burst out laughing: "No wonder my Liangliang likes you; your personality is very good."

Seeing the old man glance at the items in the net bag, Guo Yueliang stepped forward with a smile: "This was bought specially for you by Liu Chuxue; it looks delicious. I'll go wash one for you right away."

The old man was of advanced age and now was like a child, with a craving for food.

Seeing his granddaughter so tactful, the old man couldn't help but praise: "My Liangliang still has the best eye for things."

After speaking, he gestured to the grandson beside him to pull a chair over for Liu Chuxue.

Liu Chuxue quickly waved her hands: "Grandfather Guo, I won't sit; my mother-in-law is hospitalized downstairs. I just happened to meet Liangliang, heard you were upstairs, and thought I'd come up to check on you."

Just then, Guo Yueliang returned with washed peaches, picked up the fruit knife from the nearby plate, skillfully cut them into pieces, and handed the plate to the old man: "These peaches smell so strong; you must try one quickly."

The old man didn't stand on ceremony; after thanking Liu Chuxue, he took the plate, and the moment a piece of peach entered his mouth, his eyes instantly lit up: "This is too delicious."

Everyone else in the room thought he was being too exaggerated, but since Liu Chuxue was still there, they couldn't say anything.

Liu Chuxue didn't stay long; after exchanging a few more pleasantries, she left the ward with Guo Yueliang.

The two found a quiet place before stopping: "Speak, what is it?"

Guo Yueliang coughed lightly: "Here's the thing: I have a friend who has some materials that need translating, and they are needed urgently. Can you help?"

Remembering something, she quickly added: "Don't worry, it's not free help; we'll pay you according to your usual rate for translating materials."

Since Guo Yueliang had asked, she naturally wouldn't refuse: "Sure, I'm not too busy recently anyway."
