Chapter 2475: Memories before the new book is officially uploaded!
Memories before the new book is officially uploaded!
"Mortal's Journey to Immortality," I wrote for five and a half years. After resting for more than half a month, I am about to start the creation of the new book "Demon Heaven Record."
Before the main text of the new book starts uploading, I don't want to write any more reflections, but intend to share some memorable memories with everyone.
I remember when I was very young, because I was influenced by the TV series "The Legend of the Condor Heroes" adapted from Hong Kong and Taiwan at that time, I had already come into contact with the martial arts novels of Master Jin Yong and others. Later, after entering junior high school, after coming into contact with novels similar to "The Legend of the Swordsmen of the Mountains of Shu," I couldn't stop.
Hehe, thinking about it now, the thick nearsighted glasses that have been on my nose for so many years were actually mostly born from this.
Later, after the high school entrance examination, I was admitted to a mechanical technical school in Wuxi and had to stay in the school away from my family for the whole semester.
At that time, I was a little brat in my teens. Except for some necessary living expenses, I naturally didn't have much spare money. At that time, there were no internet cafes or similar places, and it was impossible to go to high-consumption places like cinemas.
So most of my leisure time was spent soaking in a book rental shop not far from the school. When I encountered weekends, I even rented whole sets of books and moved them to the dormitory.
Because after the night, the money for renting books would be calculated for two days.
So on weekends, I usually went to rent books at nine or ten in the morning and returned them at seven or eight in the evening.
During this long period of time, I could lie on the bed in the dormitory, happily reading the novels I rented, and would soon be immersed in them and unable to extricate myself.
Sometimes, I would even forget to eat lunch, and even had to be reminded by my classmates in the same dormitory before I could remember.
Of course, in order to save money, my speed of reading was getting faster day by day. The habit of reading novels at a glance should also have been cultivated at that time.
For me now, this can be considered both an advantage and a defect.
On the good side, because I read books relatively quickly, I can complete the accumulation and charging of various story plots at an astonishing speed, so when creating my own novel outline plots, I have a feeling of ease.
On the bad side, it is also because I read at a glance, and I always have a vague feeling about some novel detail descriptions. When I want to type out specific sentences and words, I also feel a bit strenuous.
This is probably the main reason why I can never type too fast.
Thinking about it now, the few years I spent studying away from home should be the most comfortable years of my life.
First, the school was indeed managed relatively loosely at that time; second, there was no pressure from life and work; third, I was still young at that time and didn't know I had to have a girlfriend, so naturally I wouldn't spend any time and energy on this.
Hehe, don't laugh at me. We were all very pure at that time. I remember that other classmates in the school rarely had girlfriends either.
(After the main text of the new book starts uploading, I will randomly select WeChat book friends in batches to give away physical signed books, and there will be other mysterious prizes during the period! The method for everyone to join the WeChat platform is to go directly to my Tencent Weibo to scan the QR code identifier, or click "Contacts" at the bottom of the WeChat platform -- click "+" at the top ---- enter "Find Official Accounts" ---- search for "Wang Yu" or WeChat ID "wang--yu----". Everyone must look clearly at the golden verification mark after the name.) (To be continued..)
