Chapter 889: He Zuming's Solution

At this moment He Zuming stroked his beard and said: "Any feng shui has flaws."

The main backing mountain of this feng shui is Zhuzi Mountain.

If Zhuzi Mountain exists, then the feng shui exists,

If Zhuzi Mountain does not exist, then the feng shui is gone.

Upon hearing this, I said to He Zuming: "Mr. He, you mean to level this pillar. That would destroy the Geng family's feng shui treasure site."

Ding Li looked at the mountain beneath his feet,

Then he sighed deeply: "My goodness, leveling this mountain would take more than a year. The key is, what method should we use to level this mountain?"

Yu Fang then said: "Mr. He, this method is too slow; leveling a mountain would take ages, and we can't help Lao Tian with anything."

He Zuming smiled and said nothing.

I said: "Mr. He, is there no other method?"

"This is too slow, and besides, it won't attract the Geng family's attention."

"Jianqiang, tell me what your purpose is; Ding Li and I just mentioned it, but I didn't quite hear clearly." He Zuming looked at me and said.

I then recounted to He Zuming what Tian Shi had encountered in Xianggang.

The main point was to lure Geng Ping back from Xianggang to meet us.

That way we could negotiate with Geng Ping, and Tian Shi's discussion with Geng Ping about Zhou Jie would have leverage.

After I finished speaking, He Zuming listened with a smile and said nothing.

After a moment, He Zuming said: "I understand; you want to use this opportunity to lure Geng Ping over."

"Yes, we have no other method. Mr. He, do you have the simplest way to lure Geng Ping over?" I said.

"This would require a large expense," He Zuming said.

"Don't worry about the money," I said.

"Then it's easy to handle."

"Jianqiang, the feng shui of the Golden Dragon Embracing the Moon is most afraid of a Crouching Tiger Lock."

"I just mentioned leveling Zhuzi Mountain; that's one of the clumsier methods."

"Jianqiang, the key to breaking this feng shui lies at the dragon's tail and dragon's head."

"As long as you pinch the dragon's tail and seize the dragon's head, you can break it."

"Their family's ancestral tomb occupies twenty mu of land,"

"If we can acquire more mountain land and encircle their ancestral tomb within our occupied land, it will be easy."

"First build a wall at the dragon's tail, then reroute the river ditch."

"Next to the river ditch, dig a pit and fill it with water; feng shui most fears a pit behind a tomb."

"Then their ancestral tomb will lose its spiritual energy."

"Then, directly opposite the spirit road of their ancestral tomb, erect a picture of a tiger descending the mountain."

"This feng shui will then be broken and become a dead land." He Zuming looked at me and said.

"Mr. He, you mean to encircle their ancestral tomb,"

"Then cut off the dragon's tail and press down the dragon's head; that would ruin their feng shui." I said.

"Yes, that's exactly it."

"Jianqiang, you want to lure Geng Ping back,"

"not really to destroy their feng shui."

"So you can try to make a bigger show."

"How to reasonably encircle their land? You need to think it over well."

"This way it won't startle the snake,"

"Perhaps Geng Ping will return from Xianggang to talk with you." He Zuming stroked his beard and said.

"Find a reasonable pretext,"

"Acquire more land and encircle the Geng family's ancestral tomb inside it,"

"Then we will begin operations."

"That will make the Geng family impatient, prompting Geng Ping to return."

"My mind began to calculate,"

"We must make a big fuss and spread rumors,"

"and deliberately take some targeted actions,"

"so that the Geng family sees it as unfavorable to their ancestral tomb, yet we will have no contact with them, forcing Geng Ping to return for talks."

"How to proceed?"

"At this moment Yu Fang said: 'Jianqiang, I have an idea: build a zoo.'"

"'Build a zoo,' I said, looking at Yu Fang."

"'Because a few years ago, Tian Xian told me that Jiaonan County has long wanted to set up a zoo, but no one has invested.'"

"'We can use this method to encircle the Geng family's ancestral tomb.'"

"'It is originally mountainous land, and being a remote area, it is perfectly suitable for a zoo.' Yu Fang said."

"'Yes, we will pretend to invest in a zoo,'"

"'after coordinating with the county,'"

"'we will first invest some money, let us start construction immediately, and also do extensive publicity.' I said happily."

"'Jianqiang, building a zoo is a good method; you can place a large publicity board twenty meters from the entrance of their ancestral tomb,'"

"'on which there will be publicity pictures of the zoo,'"

We need to make a painting of a tiger descending the mountain, letting this tiger directly face their family's spirit road.

I estimate this news will quickly reach Geng Ping's ears.

He will definitely find someone to check it out,

One glance makes it clear: this is specifically intended to ruin the feng shui of their family's ancestral tomb.

"Believe he can quickly come over from Xianggang." He Zuming said.

"Good, let's do it like that."

"Sister-in-law, we will talk with Tian Shi tonight."

Directly explain the situation to him and seek his support.

As long as he supports it,

Ding Li, tomorrow you will bring several dozen people to deliberately first encircle land and dig ditches; if you encounter anyone's land, settle it with money.

Speed must be fast.

Don't be afraid to spend money.

Then we will set up a simple billboard and erect that tiger-descending-the-mountain painting on it.

The faster our action, the more advantageous it will be for the Tian Shi side." I said happily.

"All right, Zhao Ge, let's get moving—I can't wait any longer." Ding Li said.

"Let's go, we're heading to Jiaonan County. Sister-in-law, contact Tian Shi now; I want to meet him." I said to Yu Fang.

"All right, I'll contact Tian Shi right away." Yu Fang said.

We drove straight to Jiaonan County.

In Jiaonan, I first booked a hotel and settled He Zuming and Xiao Yan in.

I went out with Yu Fang to meet Tian Shi.

This Tian Shi met us in his office.

Tian Shi is about forty years old and quite handsome.

Upon seeing Yu Fang, he immediately bowed and greeted her,

"Sister-in-law, sorry I didn't go out to welcome you properly; please don't be angry."

In this place, a higher official rank can overwhelm; Tian Shi not only outranks Tian Shi, but perhaps this Tian Shi could become county magistrate, and that would be thanks to Tian Shi's achievements.

"Xiao Tian, Jianqiang and I have come to discuss an important matter with you." Yu Fang said in a commanding tone, and she addressed Tian Shi as Xiao Tian.

It is clear that Yu Fang has absolute authority over Tian Shi here.

Tian Shi immediately said, "Sister-in-law, go ahead and say what it is; as long as I can do it."

"Jianqiang, you tell him how to handle this." Yu Fang said to me.

"Hello, Tian Shi." I extended my hand and shook his.

"Hello, Mr. Zhao; I've long heard my brother speak of your great name, but we've never met."

"I'm very pleased to meet you today, Mr. Zhao." Tian Shi said politely.

I said, "Tian Shi, let's make it short."

Our purpose in coming is to invest in a zoo.

At Zhuzi Mountain.

"Investing in a zoo is a good thing; I fully support it." Tian Shi said happily.

At this moment, Yu Fang said from the side, "Xiao Tian, this zoo investment is a pretense; we want to encircle the Geng family's ancestral tomb."

"If we encircle the Geng family's ancestral tomb, wasn't it my brother who helped raise funds for its construction? Why would we want to encircle it?" Tian Shi asked, not understanding.

"Alas, times change; Geng Ping now lets your brother down badly."

The matter here is complicated; it can't be clarified in a sentence or two. In short, we need to act quickly.

"Let's encircle their Geng family's ancestral tomb." Yu Fang said harshly.

"But encircling the Geng family's ancestral tomb would require taking up a lot of land and would attract much attention,"

and we would have to compensate the villagers whose land is taken.

"That sum is not a small amount." Tian Shi pondered.

Today is National Day; I'm releasing an extra chapter. Wishing readers a happy National Day! I believe our lives will be as red as the stock market.
