Chapter 1: Volume 1 Chapter 1  Watch Me Play You to Death

~7 min read 1,251 words

Owl Kingdom, Moon Fragrance Pavilion.

"Prince, today is your joyous day, is it alright to bring your sister here to the Moon Fragrance Pavilion like this? After all, this is a place where men seek pleasure, and your sister is a proper lady from a respectable family."

The woman's soft, whispering voice carried a hint of malice and venom, plus a bit of covert probing hidden deep within, drifting slowly through the warm, fragrant air in the room.

"Dai'er, you're still speaking for her, forgetting how she used to bully you?" the man said offhandedly, not even glancing at the woman in the corner wearing the heavy red brocade wedding gown, unconscious. He took a sip of wine, lowered his head, and fed it to the alluring woman in his arms, making her burst into a giggling, trembling laugh.

The two frolicked together, completely ignoring the unconscious legitimate consort in the room; the woman's already sheer clothing scattered to the floor in an instant, and soon the room filled with overlapping, obscene sounds.

Rong Luoge felt like her head would split open, and to make matters worse, that unspeakable sound came from her ear again—was her partner watching that kind of video again? Fine, after just escaping death and finishing a big deal, she needed to relax a bit.

But why does the room smell like this? The fragrance is warm and heavy, making people's hearts stir; those bastards must have gotten it from somewhere—this scent is simply too overpowering.

She opened her eyes, wanting to change where she slept, and as far as she could see, she saw two masses of figures tangled together……

Playing this big?

They're actually performing live?

The gilt-embroidered bed curtains swayed in the wind, the carved wooden bed creaked rhythmically, a jade vase sat on the small table before the bed, holding several blooming cold plums, and the tripod incense burner in the corner curled thin white smoke……

Antique and elegant.

Rong Luoge's eyes instantly sharpened—had the mission failed, and she been captured?

But being forced to watch a live‑person show—what kind of operation is this?

Could the enemy this time be a pervert?

Rong Luoge cautiously shifted her body, only then realizing she was wearing an extremely luxurious bright red wedding gown.

To deal with her, they really went all out—this gown of gold‑threaded silk must cost at least tens or hundreds of thousands, right?

She gently moved her joints, gathering strength, ready to bolt at the first opportunity.

Huh?

How is this hand so soft? Her hands are covered in calluses from martial arts and spear practice—this isn't her hand!

Startled, Rong Luoge's head hurt even more, as if a sharp knife were stirring inside her skull; a flood of fragmented memories played like a movie in her mind, making her cry out in pain.

When she cried out, the people on the bed instantly stopped moving and all turned toward her.

Rong Luoge's face turned deathly pale; having received the memories, she realized she might have transmigrated, and before she could calm herself and accept the situation, she heard the woman on the bed speak in a soft, coquettish tone.

"Sister, I've long advised you—the Prince's heart holds only me, yet you insisted on marrying him, and now you'll have to watch me and the Prince love each other every day, truly making things hard for you." Rong Dai didn't care about her appearance at the moment; instead, she clung even more wildly to the man's embrace, turning her back on Han Yifeng and flashing a provocative smile at Rong Luoge.

"Oh, your acting is superb—it's a shame you're not in this profession; a live‑action performance, and free too—such a good thing happened to me. What are you standing there for? Keep going!"

What kind of person is Rong Luoge? She won't be intimidated by this little showdown—playing mind games with her sister, just watch me play you to death!

Rong Dai stared, mouth agape, hardly believing her own eyes and ears—could this be her straight‑laced, rule‑obsessed elder sister?

Prince Qi Han Yifeng's anger flared hearing this; he looked at Rong Luoge and said, "You'd better be sensible—this way I can still leave you some dignity, otherwise……"

"And what then?" Rong Luoge forced herself up despite her inner discomfort, utterly disbelieving that the couple exercising on the bed were the original host's newlywed husband and her father's illegitimate daughter outside. "Hah, a whore and a dog—together forever!"

It made her furious.

The original host lived too pitifully—just because she loved this man deeply, to marry him she ignored his affair with Rong Dai, thinking that as long as she became the legitimate wife she'd be justified.

How naïve.

"Sister, you've always insulted and looked down on me—I could let that slide, but how dare you insult the Prince like this? It's completely over the line." Rong Dai's eyes reddened, she turned to Han Yifeng, voice choking, "Prince, perhaps sister didn't mean it—don't blame her; I know she's furious seeing you with me."

Rong Luoge looked at this so‑called world‑class white lotus, and this accusation was truly sly.

She didn't even bother to hide her bullying in secret, openly putting on eye drops in front of that dog‑man—utterly shameless; it seems she's long been used to bullying the original host.

Han Yifeng's face darkened further; he shoved Rong Dai aside, rose to his feet, and stared grimly at Rong Luoge as she approached.

Rong Luoge eyed the naked man before her, her feet moving faster than her thoughts, and she kicked hard at his lower abdomen, three inches below.

In broad daylight, still no shame—she was practically soiling her eyes!

Han Yifeng never expected the frail woman who'd collapse at a breeze to suddenly strike, nor that her kick would be so vicious and strong; he was nearly toppled, feeling a sharp pain shoot through a certain spot, his vision darkening as he nearly fainted.

"Rong…… Luoge…… I, the Prince, will kill you!" he spat through clenched teeth—utter disgrace.

"Yo, you're down and still spitting threats—hasn't anyone taught you to play the weakling when you're on the back foot? No matter, today this grandma will teach you for free." Rong Luoge's explosive temper flared; she was no pushover like the original host.

Rong Dai had never seen such a fierce side of Rong Luoge; she stared, wide‑eyed, as Rong Luoge approached, forgetting to grab a piece of clothing to cover herself.

Rong Luoge sized her up, snorted, "Your chest lacks even three ounces of flesh, your butt's neither perky nor lifted—how dare you flaunt that?"

Rong Dai's pride lay in her pure, unalluring aura; pairing that aura with a big chest and perky butt would be terribly vulgar—how easy is it for her to maintain such a figure?

As a result, Rong Luoge trampled and insulted her, fury rising; the shock from that kick still lingered in the back of her mind, and she lunged at Rong Luoge, shouting, "I'll fight you to the end!"

Rong Luoge didn't even bother to lift her foot, lightly sidestepped, and watched as Rong Dai dove straight off the bed and landed spread‑eagled—naked, that pose was truly unsightly.

It was painful to look at.

What sin did she commit to deserve such heavenly punishment? It's simply unjust.

"Rong Luoge, I will divorce you!" Han Yifeng gazed at the woman before him, shrewish as a shrew, and indeed Dai'er was right—she'd hidden it too deeply; he'd been deceived!
