The next morning, Lu Xiwán just woke up and smelled a whiff of rice.

She stepped outside and saw Fu Sijue sitting at the outdoor dining table.

"Kid, I've already had the driver drop you at school; just stay home and rest today," Fu Sijue said, handing Lu Xiwán a piece of toast and a bowl of porridge.

Lu Xiwán gave a soft hum and suddenly recalled something very important.

"Um... do you have time this week?"

"Senior Brother asked me to invite you out; a new horse farm just opened on the outskirts, and he wants to go with us for fun."

The words sounded a little odd.
