The information Chen Yang had previously received showed that Vice Governor Hu had a son engaged in real estate development.

However, to guard against scammers, he still called Secretary Zhou Xueli of Vice Governor Hu's office to confirm.

Zhou Xueli told Chen Yang that Luosen had indeed invested in and constructed a commercial building in White Cloud District, including providing Chen Yang's phone number.

Commercial buildings in Goat City should be easy to sell, so Chen Yang guessed that Luosen approached him hoping for a higher offer.

He then knocked on Shen Anna's room, relaying the content of Luosen's call. The two discussed it and ultimately decided to wait until after an on-site inspection before making a decision.

The next morning, Chen Yang and Shen Anna waited outside their hotel for Luosen's people to pick them up, only to find that the person who arrived was Zhou Xueli.

At least this location has no problem with foot traffic; it's a proper commercial area.

As soon as Zhou Xueli's car stopped, a group of men and women in suits came forward. The leader, about thirty years old, bore a slight resemblance to Vice Governor Luo. Chen Yang guessed it was Luosen, so he and Shen Anna got out of the car.

While Zhou Xueli waited for Chen Yang and Shen Anna to get out of the car, he said he still had to go to the provincial government for work and drove away.

"Hello, I'm Luosen, chairman of Sanmu Real Estate. Welcome, Director Chen and General Manager Shen, to invest in Goat City!" Luosen enthusiastically shook hands with Chen Yang and Shen Anna.

After shaking hands and exchanging pleasantries with Luosen, Chen Yang instinctively glanced at the building's exterior structure. It has a total of eighteen floors, with the lower six floors designed according to the layout of a trading city, and the upper twelve floors are office space.

This design is fairly ordinary, and the location is also average; the building does not match the current commercial standing of Old Hundred Agricultural Products Trading Company. However, if used purely as an e-commerce base, it could work.

Chen Yang felt a bit puzzled. How could the son of a vice governor be doing real estate development here? "Director Luo, why aren't you developing real estate in the urban area? The investment value there should be higher, right?"

Luosen gave an embarrassed laugh: "Director Chen, I'd also like to develop in the city, but funds are limited."
