Chapter 630: Chu Ning

Happy times are fleeting, the plane soon landed at Baiyun Airport. As soon as it came to a stop, Chu Ning immediately sat upright and quickly tidied her hair.

Chen Yang stood up intending to wait for her to disembark together, but he discovered that Chu Ning's two bodyguards had walked over from economy class.

Upon seeing Chen Yang, they both showed a look of surprise.

"He went to find Luosen on business, and we're taking a different route." Chu Ning simply said to the bodyguards, didn't greet Chen Yang, and walked straight away.

Although Chu Ning's bodyguards were full of suspicion, they still quickly kept pace with her.

Chen Yang watched Chu Ning's disappearing back, sighing helplessly. Just a moment ago she was snuggled in his arms, and in the blink of an eye she was like a stranger. It's such a pity not to be an actress!

After getting off the plane, Chen Yang had originally planned to wait for Ouyang Sheng to pick him up, but unexpectedly a red Ferrari pulled up in front of him. He took a closer look and saw that the person sitting in the passenger seat was none other than Chu Ning, who had just broken up with him on the plane. Her two bodyguards were in the back seat, watching Chen Yang warily. Meanwhile, a beautiful woman sat in the driver's seat, resembling Chu Ning somewhat and appearing slightly older.

"Are you Chen Yang?"

"I am Chen Yang. And you are?"

"My name is Chu Min, Chu Ning's older cousin. You've been together for so long; didn't she mention me to you?"

Chen Yang froze for a moment. Weren't we keeping our relationship underground? How did this get discovered?

"Sis, you're talking nonsense, he's just my boss." Chu Ning worried that Chen Yang might give himself away, so she quickly warned him.

Upon hearing that, Chen Yang immediately let out a sigh of relief.

"I know he's your boss. But you've worked together for so long and never mentioned me to him—that's going too far!" Chu Min complained to Chu Ning, clearly dissatisfied.

Chu Ning immediately explained: "Sis, he's a very busy person; we've only met a few times in Xingcheng, so there's no time to talk about anything else."

"Is that so? Then I'll talk to him myself!" After saying that, Chu Min turned to Chu Ning's two bodyguards and said, "You two take a taxi back! I have something to discuss with Chen Yang."

Chu Min didn't believe him and said to Chen Yang, "You're really boring. If you don't want to help, just don't; why make excuses? Chu Ning told me that most of your company's affairs are handled by your subordinates. How busy can you be?"

Chen Yang helplessly said to her, "Miss Chu, if you really want to invest in the stock market, I suggest you buy shares of ST Tianqi."

"ST Tianqi's stock price has already multiplied several times; can you still buy it?" Chu Min questioned Chen Yang's recommendation.

Chen Yang spoke very seriously: "Miss Chu, I have so many industries in Yangcheng; what would I gain by cheating you?"

After thinking it over, Chu Min found it reasonable. She curiously asked Chen Yang, "What price do you think our company's stock could rise to?"

Chen Yang said confidently: "I can't say much more, but after the ST label is removed next year, rising to several tens of yuan should be no problem."

Upon hearing that, Chu Min immediately became excited. She said to Chu Ning, "You've apparently invested over a hundred million, right? That's practically striking it rich!"

Chu Ning gave Chu Min a look that said, "You think that's possible?" and then turned her head back to the window.

Chu Min muttered "stingy," then shifted the topic to Chen Yang: "Chen Yang, I heard you got divorced. I just got divorced too. What do you think of me?"

As soon as she finished speaking, Chen Yang and Chu Ning simultaneously turned their gazes toward her.

"Sis, cut it out; he's just divorced, not without a girlfriend."

"Cough… cough…, Miss Chu, thank you for your affection, but I indeed have a girlfriend."

Chu Min had investigated Chen Yang and immediately asked, "Is she the miss of the Liu Clan Group?"

Upon hearing that, Chu Min laughed and said, "Since you're not planning to marry Miss Liu, I still have a chance! Would you like to consider it?"

Chen Yang never expected Chu Ning's older cousin to be so open-minded, not even minding that he has a girlfriend. The problem is, one Chu Ning already keeps him on edge; adding Chu Min would have the Chu Family grinding his bones to ashes!
