A newly purchased house usually comes with two keys; the business of changing locks and such must be paid for by the owner themselves and is not the responsibility of the sales office or property management.

Xu Heng handed one of the keys to Liu Yiyan and gave her over a hundred thousand, saying that he would trouble her to help furnish it later. As for the house, she could live in it as long as she wanted; he was still in school in Jinling anyway and didn't have much time to come to Modu.

Liu Yiyan didn't refute him, but nodded and said: "I heard her dad is in the coal mining industry over in Jin Sheng, and the family has billions in assets. I often see her driving a Maserati in and out of school, so it shouldn't be a rumor."
