Closing Notice

The first volume of "Flash Gold Plain" has finally concluded. I feel as exhausted but fulfilled as if I had just fought a major battle. "After the Immortals Disappeared" is divided into three chapters. The first chapter ends with the havoc in the Heavenly Palace, which is the realization of He Lingchuan's personal heroism;

The second chapter, ending with the entire "Flash Gold Plain" volume, is the rise of He Lingchuan's creation of a new force.

The third chapter is, of course, the most critical part of the entire book: vying for the world and fighting against the Heavenly Demons, which is the ultimate realization of He Lingchuan's and the author's ideals.

As the middle chapter, the first volume of "Flash Gold" was truly, truly difficult to write. He Lingchuan had just arrived in a foreign land and gained a foothold, only to be thrown into a chaotic continent that hadn't been unified for eight hundred years. There, he observed, struggled, took root, established his life, founded the Yangshan Chamber of Commerce, built the Black Armor Army, and made the image of the Great Emperor of Nine Nether deeply rooted in people's hearts.

He not only sought his own development and growth but also had to clear the obstacles of royal power and divine (immortal) power for his future great cause, hence the subversion of the Yao Nation and the battle in the Reversed Sea.

Development history has always been harder to write than personal highlights. I not only had to write about He Lingchuan's starting from scratch and battling through wind and waves, but also the scenery, customs, human relationships, and the lives of all beings in the entire Flash Gold Plain, making this place large and real.

Looking back at the past five million words, I am personally quite satisfied.

As for the upcoming plot, just as I said at the end of the first volume of "Flash Gold," the time for He Lingchuan to end his biding his time and show his true colors has finally arrived.

He will sweep across Flash Gold, fast, accurate, and ruthless, ending the chaos in Flash Gold like an autumn wind sweeping away fallen leaves, settling his grudges with Qing Yang, and must conquer his own vast territory before the Heavenly Demons, Ling Mountain, Beijia, and the Mou Nation can react and before they can intervene.

The secrets of the Great Fanghu will be further revealed, the Panlong world will experience more unpredictable events due to He Lingchuan's deep involvement, and the conflict between Panlong City and Mitian will intensify and escalate.

He Lingchuan's relationship with Beijia and the Mou Nation will undergo huge changes.

The newly acquired Dragon Punishment Pillars will also allow He Lingchuan to plan a bold conspiracy, causing greater turmoil in the Heavenly Realm, thereby triggering terrifying consequences that even he himself did not foresee.

And, changes in the laws of heaven and earth, new developments in the rules of Yuan power, etc., will all be manifested in the later text.

Even when I conceive it myself, I feel full of anticipation.

However, while looking up at the road, one must also be careful with one's steps.

The last time I had a stockpile of drafts was at the end of last year, and in a flash, another year has passed.

When this volume of "Flash Gold" started, I set a goal for myself to work eight hours a day, but it inadvertently extended to ten hours, and then to twelve hours.

Five to seven hours of that were spent conceiving the plot, and the rest of the time was spent writing.

A peer once said that he would think about the plot he wanted to write the next day at night and then sleep peacefully; if I did that, I would probably be wide awake until dawn, right?

Writing to the end of "Flash Gold," I had to stay up until two or three in the morning every day.

Even so, the stockpile of drafts was rapidly decreasing, becoming dead souls under my blade, lying in the waste draft box. When I started the book, I had 500,000 words in stock, but by the end of the first volume of "Flash Gold," only 20,000 words remained.

My stockpile has never been this low.

This state won't do.

We are about to move into the sketching of the second volume of "Flash Gold." The plot will become more exciting and compact as it goes on, but this requires the stockpile to give me more room for thought and greater room for maneuver.

I also need more vigorous energy and fuller enthusiasm to invest in writing.

This text needs to be meticulously crafted, and rush-style writing has never been suitable for me. My accustomed way is to think more, connect left and right, and be consistent from beginning to end.

I must return to my familiar rhythm to write the later plot well.

So starting tomorrow, I will restart the stockpile mode, updating 4,000 words a day, and saving all the extras!

You can rest assured that during the days of stockpiling, my workload will not decrease.

Only when the stockpile returns above the safety bloodline can I restore the previous update quantity.

I don't know why, but this book is clearly not suitable for chasing updates, yet the 24-hour follow-up reading volume has exceeded half of the average subscription! For a novel of nearly five million words, it is truly a bit bizarre.

This book pays the most attention to integrity and coherence. I sincerely suggest that friends who are anxious to read the book, for a better reading experience, hoard more and read them together.

There should be about two million words left in the later part of "Immortals." The previous five million words were all to pave the way, bury lines, and accumulate momentum for it. The author himself also needs to accumulate strength to explode and sublimate them all, exploding into the final grand finale.

Let us look forward to it together. ===== CHAPTER 1885 =====
