I can't hold on anymore.

My head is splitting with pain.

It should be cervical spine nerve compression, or spinal nerve compression.

The pain is piercing; I really can't endure it anymore.

Counting the 2 chapters of normal updates for today's leave, plus the 1 chapter from that other day.

After I go for an MRI scan tomorrow, I'll get some medicine to see if I can suppress the pain a little.

Once it's suppressed, I will immediately make up for the missed updates.
