Dear readers, as I said at the beginning of June, the guaranteed update for June was 250,000 characters.

The owed updates naturally keep piling up, but counting the chapter posted in the early hours of the 1st, June's update also reached 250,000 characters, so the guaranteed update has been met.

Now, about the owed updates!

Carrying over the 90,000 characters owed from last month, plus the 6,000 monthly votes in June, by last month's promise I should add 40,000 more characters.

That's a cumulative 130,000 characters owed, and at my current update speed, I probably won't be able to pay it all off even by the end of the story.

Of course, that's mainly because my guaranteed baseline is fairly high, so to clear the debt I'd have to put out ten thousand characters every single day.

First, let me talk about next month's updates.

June had 30 days, with a guaranteed 250,000 characters;

July has 31 days, so logically it should be a bit more, but I've been dating up to now, and my partner keeps asking me to go out traveling together to get to know each other better, so naturally I have to go.

Given that, July's guaranteed update will be 240,000 characters, and I'll strive to end up with at least that much, never less.

As for the owed updates, if I have the time, I'll work hard to pay them back too.

As for the monthly-vote bonus chapters, let's keep it the same as last month.

On top of the base of 2,000 monthly votes, every additional 1,000 monthly votes means an extra 10,000 characters!

Honestly, the bonus chapters will most likely never be fully made up before this book ends, but after it's finished I'll try to write some side stories.

As for the Alliance Master's bonus chapters, I don't have time to make those up for now either. The good news is I know the Alliance Master — they've also written a book called "Swallowed Star: Deep Blue," which had been on hiatus for a long time but has started updating again, and some chapters even mention Banquet Zifeng Zunzhe, which is pretty fun. Next, a few small matters.

1: Recently I've been updating until two or three in the morning every day. This isn't because I set a scheduled release — I've really been staying up that late. The readers in the group chat can probably vouch for that. I'll try to adjust my schedule going forward.

2: Regarding the breakthrough to Universe Master that happened a couple days ago in the plot.

To be honest, the Universe Master breakthrough was originally planned to happen when the protagonist was escaping after bursting out of the Execution God Palace, so multiple people could witness his breakthrough.

Later I changed it to a breakthrough inside Execution God Palace, followed by snatching the treasure and escaping.

I know Origin descends in the Endless Divine Sea, but the protagonist can also absorb his stored随身 divine power reserves to transform his divine body.

But as I was writing, I suddenly realized there was no reason for the protagonist to go wild at the Venerable Realm.
