Chapter 334

However.

A newcomer taking power.

Naturally, there were many voices of doubt.

To prove her ability, Maki Matsumoto seduced Dr. James into joining the Hand, letting him collect the five internal organs according to secret methods.

The Five Elements Secret Method was stolen by the Hand from "K'un-Lun." She prepared to use this method to perform a sacrifice, thereby pleasing the demon "Beast" and gaining its power.

But everything was about to fall short with the arrival of the superheroes...

Lady Bullseye didn't have the confidence to deal with the Female Knight and Silk at the same time, these two superheroes with extraordinary physiques.

Her main abilities, besides combat skills, were just agility slightly beyond that of an ordinary person.

These abilities could allow her to tangle with street heroes like Daredevil, but if she ran into Jessica with her super strength, she was afraid she'd have her bones crushed by a single punch...

With her thoughts racing.

Maki Matsumoto decided to abandon this plan and escape.

She took out a small box and threw it to James, fooling him: "This is the Beast's gift to you. It can not only cure your cancer but also grant you powerful strength."

"Thank you..."

James opened the box, looking at the metal injection in the box with burning eyes.

He was like a drowning man, how could he think about whether this straw was problematic? He grabbed it and injected it into his neck! —

Wuennn—!

"Argh!!"

Fire-orange light began to spread from James's neck, causing him to let out a painful scream!

Watching this scene.

Ye Li, who was watching the show, was stunned...

【Damn, isn't this the Extremis virus?】

He had thought he would see the power of the "Beast," but it turned out to be a deceptive piece of junk.

Cindy stuffed Chen Ying into Ye Li's arms, looked at the changing James, and asked: "What's going on? Should we act?"

"Hmm..."

Ye Li pondered, pointed at Maki Matsumoto who was about to retreat into the darkness to escape, and commanded: "Catch her first, it'll be troublesome if she runs."

"Okay."

Cindy immediately danced her ten fingers, and webbing that seemed to have a life of its own spread out, successfully entangling the fast-moving Lady Bullseye within seconds.

This was her original web ability combined with the power of the String-String Fruit, producing excellent results.

Facts proved.

Ye Li's distribution was still quite reasonable.

"Buddy, you must be tired from holding her."

Tang Ren approached Ye Li at this time, looked at Chen Ying in his arms, licked his lips, and said obsequiously: "How about I hold her for a while for you?"

Chen Ying had originally been enjoying being in Ye Li's arms, but when she heard Tang Ren's words, her eyes darted around anxiously—

—She didn't want to fall from heaven to hell...

Ye Li ignored Tang Ren and was looking at his sister.

Whoosh—!

The young girl rushed in front of the glowing James and was about to grab his collar. She had dealt with Taggart before and knew that this kind of fire-man could explode!

If she didn't throw him out, it would be fun if he blew up the building.

But just as Jessica was about to touch this fallen doctor, his body underwent a new change—

Perhaps because the Extremis virus had a special reaction with the cancer cells, James's body actually began to proliferate and expand, and soon he stood on the altar like a glowing meat mountain!

Song Yi was dumbfounded: "Damn! Did he really become a god?!"

"What god!"

Tang Ren slapped Song Yi on the back of the head and corrected him: "This looks like he became a Buddha."

"Be... be... become my ass!"

Qin Feng analyzed excitedly: "It... it must be the effect of what he just injected! Maybe it's some kind of genetic medicine!"

"I think you guys had better run."

Ye Li reminded the trio, then shouted to Jessica: "Let's go, Jessica, notify the police around the hospital to evacuate the crowd."

He knew that James's change wasn't entirely due to the Extremis virus; something unexpected had happened.

This was also normal, after all, this was the Marvel world where people mutated at the drop of a hat...

"Oh."

Jessica heard her brother's order and stopped worrying about James, who was becoming increasingly bloated and had already reached the ceiling.

Rumble!!

As soon as the three of them ran to the hospital entrance, they heard a huge sound and felt the ground shaking.

They turned their heads to look.

They saw the hospital collapsing, with shattered reinforced concrete slabs falling rapidly!

There was no time to dodge!

Qin Feng: "It... it... it's over..."

Tang Ren: "Old Qin... I feel like five million... is a bit too little..."

Song Yi: "Sigh... little sister... brother is going to G..."
