Billy the Butcher had a file on him, containing evidence he had investigated for years regarding superhuman crimes and Vought International covering up evidence and distorting the truth.

This was prepared for Hughie, wanting Hughie to see the darkness under the sun and stand up to fight against Vought International and those so-called superheroes together.

Starlight flipped through the file; the shocking content made her expression gradually become heavy and angry.
