Chapter 247

As soon as the Stormbreakers appeared, they instantly attracted the gazes of the audience in the nearby stands and the warriors in the arena preparing to participate in the assessment!

Su Quan currently had a total of thirteen Stormbreakers; ten were for today's assessment, one was in Antiope's hand, and the other two were reserved for himself and Dai Anna.

After the assessment ended, the Thors of the Thor Legion would spar and fight with each other, and according to the system's judgment criteria, Stormbreakers would naturally be continuously dropped.

In the judgment of equipment, the system could borrow a chicken to lay eggs, infinitely nesting dolls.

"Whoosh—"

One Stormbreaker, under Su Quan's control, was inserted into the center of the arena.

Afterward, Antiope raised her own Stormbreaker high and flew into the arena, letting people roughly know the power of the Stormbreaker.

Immediately after, the warriors participating in the assessment would start trying one by one according to the set order; if they failed, they would change to the next one, until all ten Stormbreakers had selected their users.

Those who failed or didn't get a turn could participate in the next assessment.

The first to start the assessment was Menalippe; under everyone's gaze, she walked to the Stormbreaker, learned from Antiope's manner, grabbed the axe handle with one hand, and lifted it high.

"Crack!"

Lightning flashed and thunder rolled, and the power of Thor surrounded her.

She succeeded!

Amidst the surprise and cheers of the whole arena, Menalippe raised the Stormbreaker high, shouted excitedly, then put the Stormbreaker down, bowed her head toward the center of the viewing platform, and knelt on one knee.

A dozen seconds later, Menalippe stood up, holding the Stormbreaker, walked to the side, and stood still, quietly observing the Stormbreaker and feeling the power of Thor within her body.

With Menalippe's successful start, the other female warriors preparing for the assessment became even more nervous and expectant, and the atmosphere in the arena became even more heated.

Next, the female warriors started the assessment one after another, and the Stormbreakers fell into the arena one by one, then selected their entrusted ones.

The entire selection activity lasted for more than an hour, and finally, ten newly promoted Thors were selected, becoming members of the Thor Legion.

Menalippe, Philippus, Vini Liya, Orana, Evia, Penthesilea, and other ten newly promoted Thors were kept by Antiope.

After the audience and other people participating in the assessment left, Su Quan, Hippolyta, and Dai Anna came to the arena to see them.

To be precise, it was to let Su Quan see them; after all, they participated in the selection for the Thor Legion, and the object they would serve in the future was Su Quan, so Su Quan had to see them and say a few words, right?

Su Quan's gaze fell on the newly promoted Thors lined up in a row one by one, noting their appearances.

The most beautiful among them was definitely Vini Liya; after all, in the movie, she was the woman standing next to Dai Anna when she was competing as a child.

So many years had passed, Dai Anna had grown from a little girl into a big girl, but Vini Liya still looked so young.

Evia also had outstanding looks.

As for the others, only Menalippe and Penthesilea left a bit of an impression on Su Quan.

The former was the Queen's personal guard, good at using spears, and the latter was one of the two people who swung a big hammer to lift the stone door when Steppenwolf invaded Themyscira to grab the Mother Box in the movie.

Overall, Su Quan was very satisfied with this selection.

"You must be very curious about what you will do after the Thor Legion is formed. I will tell you now: the first target, or rather, opponent, of the Thor Legion, you should have all heard of, and perhaps even seen."

"He is the God of War—Ares!"

PS: The actress for Vini Liya is Doutzen Kroes, a proper Victoria's Secret supermodel. **CHAPTER 249**
