Su Quan wanted the Flashpoint event to arrive as scheduled so he could find Dr. Manhattan.

Su Quan's movements slowed by a beat, and he turned his head to look at the Gas Man, who was in the process of gasifying.

The Gas Man's transformation faltered slightly, and a tiny bee fell from his leg. Immediately after, the Gas Man completely gasified, turning directly into a cloud of green gas.
