Chapter 828

Time flies, the sun rises and the moon sets.

A new day begins with being blocked at the door by Jean Grey...

"Good morning." Su Quan greeted Jean Grey, who was hesitant outside the door, and asked with a smile: "How do you feel?"

Jean Grey first replied "good morning," and then asked with hesitation: "What did you put into my body?"

Su Quan was stunned, then laughed and said: "You ask that; you're a woman, I'm a man. What do you think I could put into your body?"

"..."

Jean Grey indicated that she was very pure and didn't understand! If she understood, it must be because of Dark Phoenix, and it had nothing to do with her.

Early in the morning, Jean Grey didn't want to talk about such an explosive topic. She remained silent for a few seconds, ignored him, and spoke on her own.

"I know everything that happened yesterday. It was you who defeated Dark Phoenix and the Phoenix Force, and it was you who saved me and healed my injuries. When I woke up today, I felt... I felt very relaxed, as if all the suppression I've felt for so long has disappeared, and the Phoenix Force seems to have disappeared too."

Speaking of this, Jean Grey frowned and thought for a moment, then shook her head and changed her words: "It didn't disappear, but was suppressed by another peaceful power. I can feel the balance between the two powers tilting; the power of the Phoenix Force is weakening, and the peaceful power is strengthening."

"Is this peaceful power... your Phoenix Force?"

Su Quan shrugged and admitted it.

Jean Grey asked hopefully: "Then... can the Phoenix Force in my body disappear completely because of this?"

Su Quan shook his head: "My relationship with the Phoenix Force is one of mutual growth and decline; it's hard for us to coexist! As the saying goes, one mountain cannot hold two tigers unless one is male and one is female. Unless I fight it a few times and completely subdue it, it won't hand over the authority and coexist peacefully with me."

"Besides... your problem isn't just the Phoenix Force!"

"Dark Phoenix is a second personality generated because of the Phoenix Force. She has a master-servant relationship with the Phoenix Force, not a symbiotic relationship. Even without the Phoenix Force, she will continue to exist; it's just that she won't come out so easily."

The Phoenix Force does affect the host's personality and thinking. Other people's personalities change drastically after being possessed by the Phoenix Force, leaning toward evil and darkness, but they don't develop a second personality. Jean is an exception.

It may also be that the time others have been hosts of the Phoenix Force is too short, and the influence of darkening isn't enough to generate a second personality.

As an aside, the stronger the power, the harder it is to master, just like the Phoenix Force and the Chaos Force. For most people, they are strong, but the subtle influence is too great. Even if they are heroes at first, they will slowly degenerate under its influence.

Like Dark Phoenix, like Scarlet Witch...

Back to Jean Grey in front of him.

"I don't think you need to worry about the Phoenix Force. Regardless of whether it's still there or not, with my Phoenix Force here, it won't be able to affect you like it did before, and you don't have to worry about when your power will go out of control."

"Now, you can travel light and enjoy life properly."

Jean Grey said in a low voice: "I think it's a bit difficult."

I don't have to worry about the original Phoenix Force, but your Phoenix Force... will affect me too!

Just like now, your attraction to me is stronger than before. How can I distinguish my feelings and determine my inner thoughts?

Uh, Su Quan felt she was just being pretentious.

Feelings originate from the attraction of hormones. From this perspective, the effect of the Phoenix Force is the same.

Moreover, no matter what it's caused by, the process is real, and the result is real, so it's real!

The final establishment of feelings and whether they can last depends on many factors, and the cause of their generation is just the cause.

So, is there a problem?

No problem! ===== CHAPTER 830 =====
