Chapter 22
But in the instant she raised her head to look at Su Yi.
Wanda was stunned!
She looked at Su Yi's face.
First, it was not because Su Yi was too handsome that she was stunned.
It was in the instant she saw Su Yi's face.
Wanda actually felt that the man before her made her feel extremely close!
A kind of family...
No, relatives...
Also no, it felt like a sworn friend!
Like partners walking the same path, bound by an important connection!
Why is this?
"Miss Witch?" Su Yi reminded her, also somewhat puzzled.
"I..."
Su Yi's words brought Wanda back to her senses.
Then she explained.
"Doctor, in the instant I saw you, I felt as if I had met a childhood companion I hadn't seen in years."
"What a coincidence." Su Yi raised an eyebrow upon hearing this and said, "I just had the same feeling."
"Really?" Wanda was surprised.
"Really." Su Yi confirmed.
This statement was truly not false.
In the instant he saw Wanda, Su Yi truly felt a sense of closeness.
But it was far less intense than what Wanda felt seeing him.
Why is this?
Su Yi was also thinking.
Or take an example.
What does Wanda have that is similar to him, and what is completely different?
Su Yi thought quickly for an instant.
He arrived at two answers.
Abilities, gender.
And gender could not create a sense of closeness.
So is it abilities?
Right!
Su Yi suddenly realized.
Wanda possesses Chaos Power, while he possesses Phoenix Power!
Although these two abilities are two different things, they are both among the three oldest powers in the Marvel Universe!
Meaning the two abilities are familiar with each other.
If they even have consciousness, they know each other!
And since Su Yi's ability no longer has a will, he felt closeness just now, but not intensely.
But Wanda would feel intense closeness!
So that is how it is!
