Behind her stretched massive dragon wings, their membranes thin as gauze yet unbreakably strong; when unfurled, they could fully envelop her, their surfaces marked with rune-like vein patterns that glowed with each flutter.

Her tail resembled a thick red serpent, likewise covered in scales, swaying unconsciously as she moved or felt emotion, as if alive with its own will.

Valentina’s half-human, half-dragon form appeared to Herbert both mysterious and captivating—retaining the human figure while bearing the dragon’s features.

Herbert suppressed his inner excitement, his face perfectly calm.
