Rule: Just cast a monthly vote for this book between 04/01/25 and 04/30/25.

Additionally, I’d like to try a special rule this time.

Also, because there’s double voting from the 28th to the 30th, many readers have been saving their votes to cast later, hoping to boost this book’s ranking.

Since the lottery uses random numbers, the outcome is highly uncertain.

For example, if I draw 100 winners from 0 to 9999, they could all land between 0–100 or 9900–9999.

Mathematically, voting early or late makes no essential difference—the odds are the same.

But emotionally, if you’ve been saving your double votes until the end, only to find all the winners are from the early batch, you’d feel unfairly treated and think there’s no point saving next time.

Yet I can’t overly favor those who waited, or hurt those who voted early without realizing there was a double period.

After much thought, I’ve settled on an unscientific but seemingly fair rule.

My current idea is to split the prizes in half, drawing before and after the double-vote period—draw half from the 1st to the 27th, and half from the 28th to the 30th.

(Even during the double-vote period, a double vote still counts as only one lottery number—it doesn’t multiply your odds.)

So, thinking this way, casting one vote before the 28th and one after gives you two chances to win.
