Otherwise, how would he happen to know her name?

Knowing there was no escaping it, Biscuit put down her magazine and said with some helplessness:

"Is there something you need? Don't disturb me while I'm looking at handsome men... handsome men?"

Biscuit’s wine-red eyes stared at Luo Ge, a flash of appreciation crossing them as she exclaimed.

Seeing Luo Ge, who had a youthful yet equally handsome face, the resistance in Biscuit’s heart vanished instantly.

She even felt that he was much better-looking than the handsome men in the magazine she had just been reading; he was a real feast for the eyes.

Biscuit’s hobbies were neither ordinary nor particularly special; she had a particular fondness for "beautiful" things.

"Beauty" here had several meanings.

First, handsome men, which was why she often read magazines about them.

Second, gemstones; she loved collecting them, and this was likely the reason she had come to Dolok City.

After the initial amazement, Biscuit took a closer look and noticed something off, frowning as she said:

"A child?"

With her keen eye, she could tell at a glance that Luo Ge was likely only thirteen or fourteen, and the two little girls beside him weren't much older.

What could three children want with her?

Biscuit yawned, lacking interest, and asked:

"Do you have business with me? Even though I’m 'young,' I don't like playing house. Hurry home now."

Luo Ge didn't feel surprised and said with a sincere tone: "We would like to ask you to be our Master and teach us [Nen]."

Biscuit had been looking bored, but the moment she heard the word "Nen," her expression changed.

A seriousness unbefitting her youthful face appeared as she questioned Luo Ge, who was leading the group:

"You want to learn [Nen]?"

Biscuit didn't bother asking a low-intelligence question like "How do you know about Nen?"; to her, that wasn't important.

Luo Ge and the two girls behind him nodded.

A mischievous smirk appeared on the corner of Biscuit’s mouth as she leaned back against the sofa, saying word by word:

"Then what reason do I have to take the three of you as my disciples?"

"After all, I’m doing just fine on my own. Why would I go out of my way to take on three burdens?"

"You should understand this logic yourself."

Luo Ge had anticipated this.

"That is only natural. We have already prepared ourselves. This is for you."

Luo Ge reached into his pocket and took out the item he had prepared for Biscuit.

It was a shining gemstone fragment emitting a red glow, known as a [Star Fragment].

For someone like Biscuit, one had to cater to her interests. She liked beautiful things like gemstones, so he would give them to her.

Looking at the [Star Fragment] in Luo Ge’s hand, Biscuit’s breath hitched; it seemed to attract her gaze with a magical pull.

Excellent quality!

A thought flashed through Biscuit’s mind.

She graded gemstones from low to high: Poor, Good, Excellent, and Top-tier.

To this day, she had only seen one Top-tier gem, but she hadn't been able to get her hands on it. The highest grade she currently possessed was Excellent.

The [Star Fragment] Luo Ge produced made her very envious and successfully piqued her interest.

Biscuit "tried her best" to tear her gaze away from the [Star Fragment]. She didn't reach out to take it, but asked in a deep voice:

"What is your name?"

"Luo Ge."
