Thank you, editor Haoyun~

Thank you to all my companions who vote, follow, and tip~

I'm familiar with many of your IDs and have quietly remembered them all.

Back then, I kept writing just by reading your votes and comments~

Also thank you to the two Grand Patrons, Guoke Liuwang and Wo Ming Mingming.

I originally planned to add extra chapters for the Grand Patrons, but lately my writing has been slow—I can only owe you for now and will make it up later; I'm truly sorry.

There's a lot I wanted to say about the plot—plot conception, scene handling, writing techniques, worldbuilding, and more.

But I'm a bit lazy, and after thinking it over, I'll just leave it unsaid.

It's a bit complicated and quite wordy.

Simply put, I wanted to write a cultivation society as realistic as possible, a likable, principled protagonist who grows gradually, and a cast of diverse characters.

And then there's the Foundation Establishment issue.

I never expected Mo Hua wouldn't reach Foundation Establishment even after a million words.

But the plot is indeed progressing according to schedule…

Still, most readers probably don't care about this.

Leveling up is just the skeleton—it's not the plot itself.

The pace going forward should quicken a bit, but I'll still follow the plot's own rhythm.

I won't artificially speed it up, nor will I deliberately drag it out.

Also, I've now written a million words—this counts as completing my first small goal.

This is my first book as a new author: classical xianxia, no system, slow-burn—and yet I've made it to premium—I'm already very happy.

Next, I'll keep a calm mind and keep writing this story to its end.

The road ahead is long and arduous.

I hope you all enjoy the characters and story in this book.

Finally, thank you all once again for your support~
