Chapter 83: The Heavenly Screen Begins Live Broadcast

~6 min read 1,186 words

Inside the Singer Civilization, the atmosphere instantly dropped to absolute zero.

The Elder now just wants to stuff his own chubby head into a crack in the ground, and meanwhile drag out the cleaner who threw the two-dimensional foil to whip his corpse ten thousand times.

On the Heavenly Screen, that gorgeous oil painting titled "Solar System" now looks to it like a deadly curse.

It had just been bragging to Zero about how much the Singer Civilization loved humanity, then the Heavenly Screen switched to showing them hitting humanity's home with a dimensional strike.

This isn't cleaning up trash?

This is clearly, right in front of the just police, scooping up the kindergarten they protect in one pot.

The Elder's body trembled violently; this frequency almost made its atomic structure collapse.

It performed a standard slide-knee, sliding right up beside Zero's huge toe.

"Misunderstanding! Lord Zero, this is definitely an act of personal revenge caused by workplace bullying!"

The Elder's thoughts emitted a piercing electronic vibrato.

"That lowly cleaner is just a temporary worker! He developed severe psychological distortion from long-term overtime!"

"Our Singer Civilization's higher-ups know nothing about this; really, we even have to look up the coordinates of the Solar System right now!"

While saying that, it frantically entered commands on the control panel.

"To express our apology, we've already compressed that idiot into a singularity the size of an atom!"

"Now this singularity is being launched at light speed toward the Land of Light; that's our compensation to you—please be sure to accept his ashes!"

Zero's condition right now is very off.

He radiates blinding red light all over, a sign that his Strong Corona form has been activated.

His originally silver-and-blue body is now completely covered by violent red energy.

On his sharply angled face, his anger is almost turning into actual flames that burst forth.

"Temporary worker?"

Zero's voice sank horribly terrifying, and the surrounding space, heated, produced visible distortion.

"Can a temporary worker just casually toss out a sheet that turns an entire star system into a painting?"

"Do you take this young master for a three-year-old, or think the Land of Light's IQ has been downgraded?"

He clenched his right fist tightly, and flames leapt wildly between his fingers.

"Since you love painting so much, I'll now help you paint this planet red!"

As Zero was about to smash the Singer Civilization's homeworld crust with one punch, Janbert and Janna rushed forward.

Janbert used his huge mechanical arm to lock Zero's left shoulder in place.

"Zero! Calm down! Now isn't the time to tear down the house!"

Janbert's electronic eyes flickered wildly; the load on his core processor had already reached ninety percent.

"Mirror Knight's whereabouts are still unknown; if we go all-out here, the clues will be completely cut off!"

Janna also embraced Zero's waist from the other side, his heavy armor emitting a grating, teeth‑grinding friction sound.

"Yeah, Zero, look at the Heavenly Screen! Earlier images also misunderstood our Land of Light!"

"Maybe this is just some future possibility, or a misunderstanding from a parallel universe!"

"Look at that Elder—it's shaking faster than a starship's engine; it obviously doesn't have the guts to lie to you!"

The Crimson Lotus Flame cracked its knuckles behind them, the fire on its head blazing up to three meters high.

"Hey hey, you two are really killing the vibe, huh?"

"A guy who dares to strike at humanity—just burn him to ashes, right?"

Zero's chest heaved violently, red light flashing—an indication of extremely unstable energy output.

He stared fixedly at the Elder curled up into a ball beneath his feet.

After a full five seconds, Zero let out a cold snort, and the red light on his body gradually faded.

"I'll temporarily give you a chance to explain."

"After all, the Heavenly Screen once called our Universe Guard a bunch of bandits—I've seen this kind of reversal many times."

"But if the later footage proves you did it on purpose, then my Palaji Shield won't remember it lightly."

Upon hearing that, the Singer Civilization Elder felt as if pardoned, and its entire thought process relaxed.

"Thank you, Lord, for your mercy! We will absolutely not disappoint you afterward!"

It finally let out a sigh of relief.

As long as we hold Zero steady, we should be fine, right?

After all, that idiot cleaner has already been compressed into a singularity by it,

and afterward it issued the highest order, strictly forbidding any Singer Civilization member from approaching the Land of Light.

This way, there should be no more trouble spots afterward, right??

However,

the Heavenly Screen simply won't give it a chance to catch its breath.

The screen shifted, a line of cold subtitles surfaced, shattering the Elder's last fantasy.

【As the Singer Civilization's technological crystallization, the Two-Dimensional Foil can easily turn any star system or space into two dimensions.】

【Unless one belongs to a special race with transcendent dimensional abilities, there is no escaping the fate of becoming a painting.】

In the picture, the humming cleaner appeared again.

He seemed very leisurely, as if anything to him was merely a trivial matter.

"These giants look pretty intimidating."

The cleaner's thought fluctuations were translated into text on the Heavenly Screen, carrying a nauseating arrogance.

"Claiming to be the Universe Police? Or an ultimate life form?"

It's just a group of slightly larger glowing toys; the existence of such lowly life forms is simply a desecration of cosmic beauty.

It then produced another piece of two-dimensional foil with even tighter sealing.

Since you love meddling so much, go be your heroes inside the painting.

The cleaner's finger lightly tapped the coordinate.

It was a nebula emitting a soft green light, its coordinates clearly marked:

M78 Nebula, Land of Light.

Under the horrified gaze of countless civilizations across the myriad worlds, that lethal white sheet of paper was hurled forth.

It sliced through the pitch-black vacuum, carrying an irreversible dimensional collapse, straight for Ultraman's homeland!

The heavens gave their final verdict:

【The Singer considered Ultraman merely a lowly life form, and decided to turn the M78 Nebula into an eternal beautiful two-dimensional painting.】

At this moment, the myriad worlds exploded in an uproar.

Three-Body Fleet Command Center.

The Leader's thought-form instantly stiffened; it felt its logic core fracturing piece by piece.

"Crazy…… this Singer civilization has gone completely mad!"

It emitted a desperate thought-screech, and the moisture within its body accelerated evaporation due to extreme fright.

"They actually hurled two-dimensional foil at our Supreme God civilization?!"

"That's a weapon capable of turning the entire solar system into an oil painting!"

"Is the realm of the Supreme God civilization really destined to become just a postcard?"

Three-Body Scientist 3056 frantically calculated various data, but the conclusion drove him near collapse.

"Impossible to defend against! The dimensional reduction of the two-dimensional foil is a forced conversion at the physical level!"

"Even if Ultraman were stronger, they are still three-dimensional beings; how could they possibly resist the disappearance of dimensions?"

"It's over; could our Supreme God civilization really be struck by a dimensional reduction attack?"
