Chapter 948: The Shocked Celestial Dog

Brother Gongsun Shu and Sima Wuqing were both disciples of hidden great clans.

They were also descendants of clans that had entered the Fengdu Ghost Realm a thousand years ago.

Their ancestors who had entered this place before them

had explored most of the Fengdu Ghost Realm's regions.

They had made some markings.

At the same time, they had come to understand some of the rules of the Fengdu Ghost Realm. They recorded these experiences, then passed them down to their descendants.

And Sima Wuqing and Brother Gongsun Shu were precisely the ones who possessed the experiences left behind by their ancestors.

That was why they could find resources better and faster than ordinary people.

Or other powerful, rare phantom beasts.

When the two of them entered the tomb within the Burial Ground,

they realized they were the first people to enter this place.

Coupled with the fact that both of them were descendants of clans that had entered this place a thousand years ago,

it could be said that they had gathered the favor of timing, terrain, and people.

They had originally thought they could make a killing.

They excitedly discovered a place where a Dark Nether Flame Epiphyllum might grow. A Dark Nether Flame Epiphyllum!

That was a seventh-tier spiritual flower!

And it was a top-grade tier seventh-tier spiritual flower, even among the very best of top-grade spiritual flowers.

It possessed numerous effects.

One of its effects was that after consuming it, one could instantly recover stamina and spiritual energy.

It was simply an essential item for saving one's life.

Sure enough!

Following the clues from their experience to search,

they found the area where the Dark Nether Flame Epiphyllum grew.

But!

When they arrived here,

they discovered the corpses of some phantom beasts lying here.

What shocked them even more was—

they found that the Dark Nether Flame Epiphyllum had already been uprooted and taken away.

Several footprints were left around it.

They realized these were human footprints.

Someone had actually entered this place before them!
