Chapter 28: Baseball Training Hall

You know, human brain domain potential is infinite, possessing nearly hundreds of millions of neurons, both mysterious and fragile. Before awakening the Beast Taming Canon, no matter what the brain domain is like, it is called a dormant state.

After awakening the Beast Taming Canon, it is called an awakened state.

High IQ doesn't mean the degree of brain domain development. The percentage of brain domain development is calculated from the moment the Beast Taming Canon is awakened.

An ordinary Beast Tamer who awakens the Beast Taming Canon through magnetic wave stimulation should have a brain domain development of about 2%, while a self-awakened Beast Tamer's brain domain is around 5%.

Brain domain development is naturally the more the better, but the premise is stability.

From ancient times to the present, many researchers have conducted experimental research related to brain domain development, and the conclusion reached without exception is that brain domain development emphasizes stability.

If it is unstable, the brain domain is very likely to collapse.

Although Xiang Qiaosang had already taken a picture of the self-awakening proof and sent it to the admissions background before, at that time everyone was immersed in the excitement of having a self-awakened special recruit applying for their school, only recognizing the person and the seal; who would look at it so carefully.

However...

Most ordinary beast taming high schools' special recruitment standards for self-awakened Beast Tamers only write about the score reduction standard of 5%–6%.

Xiang Qiaosang nodded: "She said my brain domain fluctuates greatly and told me to rest more and eat more dried fruit-type food."

The teachers on the side listening to this were not surprised.

Normally, such brain domain fluctuations eventually stabilize at the minimum value or slightly above.

"Yeah," Xiang Qiaosang responded with a smile.

"Although the high school entrance exam is coming soon, you should also rest well and not stay up all night for studying," Chen Shengtang instructed earnestly.

At this time, the male teacher sitting opposite Chen Shengtang asked inadvertently: "Your dark circles are a bit heavy; didn't you rest well?"

Logically speaking, if the brain domain fluctuates between 5%–9%, it should eventually stabilize at 5% or 6%.

"Thanks," Xiang Qiaosang said.

It would be a lie to say she wasn't moved. This means she can have 300 points deducted from the minimum score for the Hangzhou high school entrance exam, which is simply telling her she has already been admitted.

Chen Shengtang stopped his daydreaming, returned the information card and the self-awakening proof to Xiang Qiaosang, and turned his head to introduce the only bald male teacher in the room to Xiang Qiaosang.

Bidding farewell to Hangzhou Sixth Beast Taming Middle School, the time was only 10:32.

Chen Shengtang glanced at the Fire Tooth Dog. Since this child could successfully contract a pet beast, there should be no problem with the brain domain.

Baseball training hall.

"You two have a very good relationship," Chen Shengtang couldn't help but say on the side.

This baseball training hall is specially used for people to practice baseball, but Xiang Qiaosang feels it is very suitable for the Fire Tooth Dog to perform neural reaction speed training.

Xiang Qiaosang didn't take the Fire Tooth Dog to Chagui Park for training like the past few days.

Chen Shengtang: "..."

"This is Teacher Zhao, responsible for your brain domain test this time."

Third floor of Vilie Plaza.

After paying the fee for 2 hours, Xiang Qiaosang took the Fire Tooth Dog to the mechanical training room inside.

The special recruitment of self-awakened special recruits is based on the degree of brain domain development to reduce the high school entrance exam score. Each school has different standards for special recruits.

A test is just a test, but Xiang Qiaosang was made nervous even if she wasn't nervous.

Teacher Zhao handed the test results to Chen Shengtang and said seriously: "No problem, it's just not stable yet."

This is a bit difficult to handle.

Chen Shengtang had already made a decision. He raised his head and smiled at Xiang Qiaosang: "Your brain domain hasn't stabilized yet, so we'll take a median value to reduce your score."

He thought for a moment and still asked worriedly: "When you did the brain domain test, did the person who helped you test say anything?"

The teachers who were just in the office all came, waiting in the test room for Xiang Qiaosang to come out.

That's because in 5 years, a province might not be able to produce a middle school student whose brain domain is self-awakened at 7% and above.

He was seeing for the first time that the first pet beast contracted had such obedience and attachment to its owner.

Teacher Zhao nodded at Xiang Qiaosang, which was considered a greeting.

Chen Shengtang breathed a sigh of relief. He didn't want the only self-awakened special recruit who applied for their school since the founding of the school to have any problems.

If there is no problem, once it stabilizes, the child's brain domain threshold fluctuation range can be as high as 9%! It's only one step away from the secondary awakening of the Beast Taming Canon!

Although it's not very likely...

Xiang Qiaosang said embarrassedly: "Stayed up all night last night."

But Chen Shengtang directly decided that her brain domain was 7%.

Then there should be no problem. If the degree of brain domain fluctuation is too serious, she should be left in the hospital for observation.

But the problem is not big.

"Don't look at Teacher Zhao like this; he is a proper brain domain expert," Chen Shengtang smiled.

Chen Shengtang took it and looked; the test result was the same as on the self-awakening proof.

Inside the test room.

Like their school's special recruitment preference, brain domain development of 5% reduces 100 points from the Hangzhou high school entrance exam minimum score, and 6% can reduce 200 points.

The ten-odd-square-meter mechanical training room was empty, with only two automatic baseball pitching machines inside.

"Hello, Teacher Zhao," Xiang Qiaosang said.

This is the first self-awakened Beast Tamer to apply for their school since the founding of the school. Reducing 100 points or 200 points in the high school entrance exam is not important; what is important is to show their school's attitude.

Open the door.

As long as she takes the exam for their Hangzhou Sixth Beast Taming Middle School, the door is open for her!

Xiang Qiaosang naturally understood the meaning.

Even if there are any, they definitely wouldn't apply for ordinary beast taming high schools.

With Xiang Qiaosang's cooperation, the test ended quickly.

Since the Fire Tooth Dog put on the weight ring, Xiang Qiaosang hadn't held it much. The Fire Tooth Dog also knew that it was a bit heavy now and its Beast Tamer couldn't hold it for too long. After staying in Xiang Qiaosang's arms for 10 seconds, it jumped down.

But Xiang Qiaosang's brain domain is still fluctuating, and there is no stable percentage value.

"Ya!"

Because she felt the pain of losing 5,000 Alliance coins and stayed up all night, Xiang Qiaosang felt a bit guilty and nodded silently.

With the first experience, Xiang Qiaosang relaxed a lot during the second test, and she wouldn't think wildly when seeing Teacher Zhao's micro-expressions.

"Fire Tooth Dog, try to dodge the balls that will be fired later. I will accompany you on the side. If you are tired, tell me," Xiang Qiaosang said.

Seeing Xiang Qiaosang, the Fire Tooth Dog's eyes lit up, and it immediately pounced over happily. Xiang Qiaosang almost staggered.

Indeed, it seems that the hair of experts in any field is not too much...

Seeing Xiang Qiaosang's well-behaved appearance, Chen Shengtang's mind turned to the brain domain again.

Although the Fire Tooth Dog didn't know where the balls came from, it still nodded obediently.

The automatic baseball pitching machine has six gears, and the pitching speed changes from slow to fast from the first gear to the sixth gear.

The weight ring on the Fire Tooth Dog's right front limb was not taken off. Xiang Qiaosang came to the automatic baseball pitching machine and turned on the first gear mode.

Both automatic baseball pitching machines were started. The speed was not fast. Xiang Qiaosang dodged a ball with ease and then came to the dead corner on the side to sit down.
