Chapter 457: Musician

PS. In less than half a year, I lost two wives, Yui, my Yui...

Main text:

After the song ended, the students couldn't suppress the excitement in their hearts and stood up to cheer for it.

This song not only has a beautiful melody, but also embodies her super singing skills to the fullest. The quality of the singing is far higher than all the albums and singles she released before!

It can be said that this is a god-level song destined to sweep the Grammys next year!

"Miss Luo Quan doesn't intend to give other singers a way to live. She just won fifteen Grammy Awards, and she came back and released such an epic move." In the auditorium, many students thought so.

After the song was sung, the professors on the jury gave their own scores. As no one expected, everyone unanimously gave ten points.

However, this is just Miss Luo Quan's graduation work as a popular singing student. Next, there is her graduation work as a student of the Conservatory of Music.

"Next, what I will bring to everyone is a classical symphony. Because the time is relatively tight, all the parts are completed by me alone. Here I will not pretend to conduct, I will play the video directly for everyone, please enjoy this "From the New World" (the original is Dvorak's Symphony No. 9 in E minor, the fourth movement, you can also search for the fourth movement of From the New World directly)"

The students who had just stood up sat down immediately, adjusting their excited mood.

In any music contempt chain, classical music is always at the top. Although it is actually very meaningless to divide art into high and low, this contempt chain is there, and others cannot deny it.

And a person who makes music, whether it is pop, rock, country, or folk, unless it is done to the extreme, the suffix is just a singer.

But if it is related to classical music, the level is slightly higher, it is various "masters."

Although in this era, there are not many people who can calm down and listen to classical music, and they are an absolute minority in the whole society.

But for the students of the Shanghai Academy of Arts Music School, the situation is completely reversed. After systematic learning, the students' appreciation level of music has a qualitative leap, and they can better feel the beauty belonging to music.

Therefore, although Miss Luo Quan's "Always Love" was so amazing before, the following classical music was obviously more attractive.

On the other hand, the appetizer is so top-notch, then how excellent will the main course be?

Most people couldn't think clearly, and could only use their ears to witness.

Miss Luo Quan didn't let them down. After playing the video, more than a dozen figures of Miss Luo Quan appeared on the big screen behind the stage.

They were either holding large and small cellos, or holding long and short horns, the same configuration as in the "Nightingale" video, and all the instruments that a symphony orchestra should have were available.

The beginning of this piece is completed by the cello, first slow then fast, and then faster and faster.

Is this an allegro, sonata form? Just when the classical professional students were still guessing the form of this piece, the sudden climax stunned everyone.

The magnificent horn ensemble is like a rolling river. After passing through the tortuous and narrow bay, it finally rushes into the sea, moving forward.

This is a piece full of ambition. If it is in war, it will be the best BGM for launching an attack horn. No one can remain calm in the sound of such a song. Its melody and the atmosphere created are the best stimulants.

In the auditorium, I don't know how many students couldn't help but clench their fists. Their blood was already boiling, and the ambition in their chests was almost overflowing. If there was a mount in front of them, no matter what it was, they would not hesitate to ride it and rush to the battlefield.

It is hard to imagine that such an incomparably bold and magnificent song was actually written by a pretty girl. This contrast is really fascinating, especially when it happens to Miss Luo Quan.

"What a magical woman this is." The boys looked at Miss Luo Quan on the stage and sighed.

The seven-minute movement ended faster than everyone imagined. I always feel that I haven't had enough, and I want to listen to it again after listening to it.

Unfortunately, this is an exam, not a private concert. Besides, even if it is a concert, there is no reason for the performer to repeat the performance.

Both answer sheets have been handed in. Miss Luo Quan is standing quietly on the stage at this time, waiting for the grading teacher to evaluate.

If there is no accident, this will also be her graduation comment.

Obviously, such an excellent piece of music exceeded the expectations of all teachers. Everyone originally thought that Miss Luo Quan would take a piece similar to "Nightingale."

However, I didn't expect it to be such a shocking work. Without any subjective emotion, this "From the New World" is definitely a classic work even if it is placed in classical music!

In view of this, all teachers looked at Principal Li. Here, he has the highest status and only he is qualified to evaluate.

Principal Li pushed his glasses and pulled the microphone on the table to his front: "As an immature composer, I think I have nothing to evaluate about this piece, because even if I spend my whole life, I should not be able to make such a piece. Making comments is a bit of a big talk.

Here, I just want to ask a question. Is this piece not completely finished? In my opinion, this should only be a movement belonging to the climax part. There should be a beginning and development in front of it."

Worthy of being the principal, he heard it after listening to it once.

Miss Luo Quan was very surprised in her heart, but she was very calm on the surface: "There are other movements, but the public acceptance of this paragraph should be higher, so I played this paragraph directly. I thought about using the part with higher public acceptance to attract attention and heat first, and then release all the movements. In this way, the public might be more patient to listen to the complete part."

Principal Li nodded and applauded: "The idea is very good. Old Zheng told me about your theory of being both elegant and popular before. I have always felt that this is the attitude that a musician should have when making works.

The public's aesthetics need time to improve. How to improve their interest in music is a key. Miss Luo Quan, I think you are doing better than us seniors in this regard."

Miss Luo Quan quickly humbled: "Principal, you are too praising me, I still have a lot to learn."

"There is still a lot to learn, after all, learning is endless." Principal Li laughed loudly, "But what can teach you is no longer the teachers of our school, but should be Bach, Mozart, Beethoven!"

For a musician, when only the above music gods can be their teachers, it itself means a realm.

Giving such a high evaluation to a student is the first time in Principal Li's life, but he believes that if any top music school principal is asked to evaluate, it will not be much different from what he said.

After the evaluation, the teachers started to score.

This time they all gave up the score and all wrote the word "perfect."

Although this piece is only one of the movements, as a student work, it is perfect, and there is no better student graduation design than this.

Besides perfect, it is also completely possible to say it is the strongest.

After the exam, the students left the field one after another, while Miss Luo Quan was left behind to chat with Principal Li and Dean Zheng about how to go in the future.

Seeing that the best music seedling in China's history was about to return to Japan to study that damn linguistics major, a group of music professors looked in their eyes and were anxious in their hearts.

Although they were incomparably reluctant, they couldn't find an excuse to keep her.

As early as a month ago, the University of Tokyo had already called Principal Li several times, repeatedly emphasizing that Miss Luo Quan should be released on time. This was clearly written in black and white in the exchange student contract, and she only studied for two semesters.

If Principal Li was still thinking about whether to take the risk of affecting the school's international reputation to force Miss Luo Quan to stay before.

But after this exam, Miss Luo Quan's performance gave him a big reassurance.

She has found her own way, and her level has reached a point that ordinary people simply cannot compare. How to go next, she must be very clear in her heart, so there is no need for them to interfere.

No one knows better than him how important it is to give geniuses room to play freely.

Although the exam is over, the moment belonging to Miss Luo Quan tonight has just begun.

When Miss Luo Quan sang "Always Love" in the Shanghai Academy of Arts livestream room, the popularity had reached more than ten million. Not only did it go on the Bilibili hot search, but other APPs also appeared some discussions. In addition, there were bloggers on Weibo who broadcasted live, and the online viewing popularity was also more than one million.

And after "Always Love" was sung, both Bilibili and Weibo completely exploded.

"Miss Luo Quan Graduation Work" directly landed on the first hot search. Clicking in is the climax part of the song Miss Luo Quan sang, which is the super resonance that made everyone's brain crash. Comments began to praise in a fancy way with the tone of worshiping miracles:

"This is definitely the greatest female solo since the new century, on a world scale!"

"It's so good to hear, even if I don't understand the lyrics, I can hear the unstoppable love in the singing."

"On the scene, this is Miss Luo Quan's birthday gift to Wen Xia, although Wen Xia's birthday is still a few days away."

"This CP is really too loving, it is recommended to lock it directly."

"I searched through all the music apps, but I didn't find it. Is it not uploaded yet?"

"This is Miss Luo Quan's graduation design, it came out today, wait a while and it will be there."

"Such a good song, I'm afraid it will charge."

………………

The discussion about "Always Love" hasn't ended yet, and "From the New World" has swept towards netizens again.

Like Miss Luo Quan's previous two classical music pieces, Miss Luo Quan's piece still has a catchy melody, and at the same time, it is magnificent, and it is more like the classical music recognized by the public in terms of pattern.

For ordinary netizens, this is a good-sounding and enthusiastic piece, and for professional musicians, this is a work that Miss Luo Quan has completely opened up the dimensional gap with all of them.

From now on, Miss Luo Quan will jump out of the three realms and not be in the five elements. The only ones who can discuss with her are the ancient gods in those classical music textbooks.

However, compared to the reaction of foreign countries to Miss Luo Quan's two songs the next day, the reaction in China was relatively flat.

Not long after "Always Love" was broadcast on Bilibili, Universal bought the exclusive copyright and recording studio version of this song from Miss Luo Quan, and the price of 20 million US dollars was twice the highest price of her previous song!

Then it was put on major music apps that night, and physical records also started printing.

Don't look at the high price of buying this song, but first of all, the advertising fee for promoting it was directly saved.

The popularity brought by "Always Love" soon made it climb to the hot trend of YouTube. Foreign fans were stunned by Miss Luo Quan's explosive performance of this song, calling it the best live performance heard in recent years.

And besides the scene, the song itself is also one of the best female solo works since the new century. If Miss Luo Quan hadn't published "My Heart Will Go On" and "Time to Say Goodbye," then this "one of" could be completely removed.

Speaking of which, it is actually Miss Luo Quan herself comparing with herself.

But in fact, apart from other things, "Always Love," which Miss Luo Quan sang after integrating emotions, is actually better than the two songs she sang early.

The fanatical love of fans for this song also indirectly impressed this point.

After the song was put on the shelves, Universal boldly set a high price of 6 dollars for the digital version, and one song was almost half a digital album!

However, even so, this song still sold more than three million copies in one day!

The copyright fee of 20 million, the gross profit in one day almost returned to the cost. This return speed is so exaggerated that it is even more outrageous than stocks!

On Billboard, "Always Love" has already landed on the top of major charts. It may not be seen from the ranking alone, but the sales data in the background shows that "Always Love" sold more than the sum of the sales of the forty-nine songs ranked behind it.

Although 2018 hasn't gone halfway, everyone feels that there should be no suspense for this year's annual crown single.

Compared to "Always Love," which has started to kill in the pop music circle, Miss Luo Quan's "From the New World" has brought a greater impact to the classical music circle.

This is definitely an epoch-making work. Not to mention this century, even if you add the last century for more than 100 years, Miss Luo Quan's "From the New World" is definitely one of the best music.

This has no ingredients of praise, but just a factual objective evaluation. Many principals of internationally renowned music schools have made high evaluations of this piece on the internet, including top music schools such as Curtis, Hanover, and Eastman.

And the fastest reaction is Wikipedia. Miss Luo Quan's personal label has changed from a famous singer to a famous musician.

This is the latest evaluation of Miss Luo Quan by international media. With this piece, she finally completed the transformation and reached a level that ordinary people cannot reach!
