Chapter 182

Xu Yang looked back and found it was Qin Ze. He immediately walked out of the courtyard and saw that the few people who had made the alliance at the Tongbi Martial Arts Hall were all there.

The few nodded to each other and then asked for a private room in a nearby restaurant.

After the tea was served, Qin Ze took the lead and said: "It's been several days since we came to the Profound Heaven Sect. Has anyone been suppressed by the Ruifeng Hall or the Chuying Society?"

Everyone shook their heads. Everyone was still familiarizing themselves with and understanding the Profound Heaven Sect and had not started doing tasks, so even if Cao Rong, Han Xing, and others wanted to target them, they had no opportunity.

Qin Ze continued: "I recently inquired and learned that even if we complete three years as outer sect disciples, it is very difficult to join the four peaks and become inner sect disciples, because to become an inner sect disciple, one needs to complete an assessment.

This assessment is basically impossible for a single person to complete. I asked everyone to come today because I hope to add a clause to the alliance: in the future, as long as someone meets the promotion requirements, others must help complete the assessment.

Of course, the person who is promoted first, once they become an inner sect disciple, must also help the people behind. Does everyone agree?"

At present, they were at best beasts of burden for the Profound Heaven Sect. Only by becoming inner sect disciples could they truly be considered people of the Profound Heaven Sect.

Yue Gui was the first to speak: "I have also inquired about the inner sect disciples. If one can win the top three in the outer sect competition, one can skip the assessment.

And the outer sect competition is held once a year. Of course, I fully agree with your proposal, Brother Qin."

Liu Qian said: "I also agree. Although the outer sect competition is held once a year, it is too difficult to win the top three. Besides our batch, there is also the previous batch in this outer sect. It is said that some people have been outer sect disciples for five or six years, and it is because they have not completed the assessment that they have been unable to be promoted."

Xu Yang found that this alliance was still very useful. He was obsessed with martial arts, so he didn't know about the assessment required for inner sect disciples.

Everyone had status and wide connections, so their sources of information were naturally many. Maintaining the alliance could help him reduce a lot of trouble, so he immediately expressed his agreement.

He wouldn't be arrogant enough to think that he could complete an assessment that others hadn't completed after being outer sect disciples for five or six years.

"I have no objections either. I believe everyone has also heard about the Ten Elites and Ten Strongest. In the outer sect competition, I'm afraid the top three are already in their pockets, so let's not think about it." Chen Jiang said.

As soon as these words came out, everyone was a bit silent. They were also geniuses with widespread fame in Qingyuan, but after coming here, among the twenty spots for the Ten Elites and Ten Strongest, they didn't even enter one, so the gap was a bit large.

Qin Ze nodded: "Since everyone has no objections, then this alliance is set. Next, if everyone has any intelligence to share, if you feel it is important and need to collect a reward, don't be shy."

This time it was Yue Gui who spoke first: "I found a Senior Brother from the previous batch of the martial arts hall. He told me that if you want to get good tasks, you can bribe the deacon of the Task Hall. He has a way."

Everyone's eyes lit up. For outer sect disciples, the most important thing was tasks.

Chen Jiang said: "How much money?"

Yue Gui held up a finger: "At least one hundred taels, and even more for the best tasks. If you have any ideas, you can come to me privately."

Everyone didn't care much. When they came to the Profound Heaven Sect, their families had prepared more than a thousand taels of money to bring with them.

Xu Yang shook his head to himself. He had spent quite a bit in the past few days, and the money he had left was less than two hundred taels. He couldn't afford this unjust money.

Liu Qian nodded and said: "My elder brother told me a piece of news: five miles east of the mountain gate, on the first, tenth, and twentieth of every month, there will be a black market trade for outer sect disciples. Pills, techniques, and even contribution points can be bought, but be careful."

Her elder brother, Liu Xiao, was the third place in the previous examination in Qingyuan County, which everyone knew.

Qin Ze said: "This news is very important."

Xu Yang and the others nodded one after another.

Chen Jiang said: "I also want to say one thing: be careful of an organization called the Poxiao Society. They use the guise of recruiting members and making progress together to let newcomers join.

Once you go in, they will tell you to concentrate resources to let a small number of people enter the inner sect first, and then the people who enter the inner sect will help everyone enter the inner sect. You have to hand over twenty percent of the contribution points you earn from doing tasks. Anyone who is unwilling to pay will die in various accidents later.

If they come to your door, be sure to refuse tactfully."

Qin Ze and Yue Gui both had their pupils shrink.

Liu Qian was not very surprised, because her elder brother Liu Xiao had already warned her, but she had forgotten to say it.

At this time, everyone had shared useful intelligence, but Xu Yang had said nothing, so everyone couldn't help but look at him.

Although it was said at the beginning of the alliance that information would be shared, if you keep freeloading on others' information, everyone will feel uncomfortable, and over time, you will be excluded.

Xu Yang thought for a while and said: "I'll say a piece of news that is not very important: the Ten Elites and Ten Strongest are not accurate. Among the new disciples, there is at least one person with Grade A innate talent who did not appear on the Ten Elites list, so everyone had better keep a low profile and not mess with people."

He immediately told the news that Jiang Fan had said. In fact, there should be two, and the other one was him, so he used the word "at least".

"There is actually a hidden genius among the new disciples?"

Qin Ze and the others were all shocked. A genius with Grade A innate talent didn't even make the list.

"This news is also very important." Yue Gui said.

The news shared by the people before could be known if one stayed longer, but Xu Yang's news was different. A Grade A genius was hidden so deeply that if he didn't expose himself, no one could know.

"Who is this person?" Chen Jiang asked curiously.

Xu Yang shook his head: "The person who told me this news is unwilling to reveal the other party's identity, but I can guarantee that this news is one hundred percent true.

And I suspect that there may be more than one such person."

Of course it was true. Even if the news Jiang Fan said was fake, he had himself to back it up, so he dared to pat his chest and guarantee the news was not fake.

Unable to know the identity of the hidden genius, the few felt quite regretful. Soon, this alliance meeting ended, and the five walked out of the private room and left.
