Chapter 227: Tianyun Operating System

As Chu Mingsong introduced the origin of the Tianwang project, the many netizens in front of the live stream could not help but express their emotions one after another.

"I never imagined that President Su not only donated one billion, but also silently did so much behind the scenes."

"And his vision is very far-reaching; seeing a disaster occur, he doesn't just simply provide relief for this one disaster, but thinks about how to minimize the harm caused to the public by subsequent disasters."

"This is true sense of responsibility."

"I hate capitalists, but no matter how rich President Su is or how many industries he has, in my heart, he is not one of those capitalists who only have eyes for profit."

"I am not at all jealous that President Su can have his current wealth and status; even if he married a hundred wives, lived in a mansion made of gold, and traveled by spaceship every day, I would still feel that is what President Su deserves to enjoy."

"However, I didn't expect that communication would be so important for rescue; is this really true?"

"Of course it's true. In every disaster rescue, one of the most important tasks is to set up a temporary communication system in the disaster area. Otherwise, once the rescue teams enter the disaster area, they are completely in the dark; let alone rescue, even mutual communication and coordination are difficult, and it wouldn't even be strange to get lost in the disaster area."

"Even if a temporary communication system can be set up, it is a simplified version with a very small coverage area, so disaster rescue progress is always difficult to advance, which leads to many post-disaster casualties."

"But think about it, if as President Chu said, there is signal everywhere just like usual, even if you are buried underground in ruins, you can still contact the outside world through your mobile phone, and this would be much less complicated."

"By that point, the original intention for establishing the Tianwang Communication System project will not yet have been achieved."

Amidst the applause of the people at the scene, another middle-aged woman with an elegant temperament walked off the stage.

"Everyone! I am Lin Fenliang, very happy to meet everyone here."

Chu Mingsong did not pay attention to everyone's discussion, and took a mobile phone out of his pocket, tapping it twice casually.

"And what I am going to introduce to everyone next is also a product destined to overturn the industry and even shock the whole world, and that is..."

"Our Tianwang project is also like this; although the David Smart Butler claims to be spread all over the country, there are many places where the population is sparse, and the David Smart Butler naturally cannot cover them. Relying solely on the current heaven-and-earth integrated communication network, it can only cover areas where people live and reside."

"But the total bandwidth of satellite communication is limited, and it is impossible to serve too many users at all. Moreover, its communication frequency band is different from mobile phones, so it is not that easy to achieve universal satellite communication."

"For example, the authorities could directly release a location function specifically for disaster areas on the Tiantian Assistant or other platforms. Disaster victims would all upload their locations, and the rescue team could head straight to the target, find everyone very quickly, and completing the rescue within 72 hours would not be a difficult task."

"This kind of disruptiveness is subtle and gradual."

"But in reality, the David Smart Butler only serves as a supplementary means for the Macro Base Station, because its coverage area is very small. Once there is no Macro Base Station to receive signals from afar, the Micro Base Stations in such a large area will lose their effectiveness."

After Song Yanyong finished speaking about the specific progress and future outlook of the Tianwang Communication System, she smiled and said to everyone:

"Tianyun Operating System!"

"This is a seamless transfer function realized jointly by relying on the 5G Network, Cloud Computer technology, and the powerful algorithm technology of the Tianyun Operating System."

"Simply put, it utilizes the high configuration of mobile phones and the large screens of televisions, allowing the two to complement each other's strengths to better meet user needs."

This allowed everyone to experience the benefits of 5G and also feel the role of the David Smart Butler.

"From now on, our various smart devices will no longer cause resource waste."

"The general situation of the Tianwang Communication System has already been introduced to everyone. Next, I invite my colleague, President of Tianqi Software Company, Lin Fenliang, to come on stage to bring everyone the second blockbuster product of this press conference."

"However, since the boss wants to do a project, he naturally hopes to perfect it as much as possible."

"Next, I will briefly introduce the specific progress of the Tianwang Communication System project to everyone."

"This can save everyone's usage costs to a great extent, as well as the purchase costs of various high-configuration smart terminals."

"Therefore, on the basis of the original Tianwang, President Su also added intelligent control and intelligent signal distribution functions to the satellites."

Some related enterprises are also flourishing under the drive of the Tianqi Group, becoming pioneers in the world and leading the global trend.

"The entire Tianwang Communication System is expected to be completed within the next six months."

For example, smart homes, cloud computing, Cloud Computers, VR, etc.; various application methods make everyone's life and entertainment much richer.

"This also brings another benefit."

"Presumably everyone also knows the habit of the Tianqi Group; only for blockbuster press conferences with disruptive products in a certain field will the Tianqi Group headquarters personally come forward."

"Our first batch of twenty satellites has already been successfully launched online and is about to be officially launched."

This is indeed a good thing for everyone.

"Unless, using satellite communication means."

Currently, the mainstream mobile phone operating systems are only Android, Fruit, and Hongmeng. Among them, only Hongmeng is a domestic operating system, and the Hongmeng System has also been called a "skin" operating system for Android by many people, which has always been quite controversial.

"Therefore, as long as there is a communication system that is not affected by disasters, the threat posed to people by natural disasters such as earthquakes will be reduced by at least half."

"Simply put, as long as there is a David Smart Butler, the signal can always be maintained at full bars, no longer restricted by ground Macro Base Stations."

And at this time, Song Yanyong happened to start introducing the content of the Tianwang Communication System project.

"At this time, everyone's mobile phone is equivalent to a specialized satellite phone, directly transmitting communication signals through satellites."

"If you have a high-configuration mobile phone, then your home computer, tablet, and television do not need to consider configuration issues too much; you can simply use them as a screen."

"Even if someone is seriously injured, they can directly send a video to ask the rescue team to prioritize the rescue, without worrying about dying from serious injuries."

"Because communication base station facilities are all on the ground, once a disaster occurs, these base station facilities are difficult to remain intact."

"Please!"

I saw the huge projection screen behind him immediately display the mobile phone screen.

"Specifically in daily work and life."

"The so-called Tianwang Communication System is a heaven-and-earth integrated communication network composed of 1,000 low-earth orbit intelligent satellites, combined with 140 million David Smart Butlers on the ground."

"Just like the Tianwang Communication System just now, some people might just think that this might just make everyone's network signal better and more stable, which can't be called disruptive, but in the future, everyone will slowly discover that the changes brought by the Tianwang System are by no means just an improvement in network signal."

Then an operating system is definitely a blockbuster product that will have an immediate effect and have a huge impact on the industry.

"It can allow your mobile phone, computer, car computer, tablet computer, television, smart watch, etc., all terminals equipped with the Tianyun Operating System, to realize seamless interconnection and interoperability."

"By the way, some professionals might worry that even if the satellite signal can cover outdoor mountainous areas, it cannot support satellite communication with the hardware configuration of ordinary mobile phones."

On the host stage.

While Song Yanyong was introducing.

The internet was already boiling.

Song Yanyong smiled and greeted him, handed the remote control in his hand to the other party, and quietly walked off the stage from the other side.

"And in the target area, the massive number of David Smart Butlers spread all over the country will perform terminal processing and transmission of the signals."

"From now on, it is not just within the city limits; even in mountain areas, deserts, oceans, and uninhabited regions, everyone will be able to enjoy the stable communication signals brought by the Tianwang Communication System at all times."

"Those one thousand low-earth orbit smart satellites are the macro base stations for the entire communication system, as well as micro data processing centers, transmitting signals from all corners of the world to target areas."

"As the name implies, when a satellite detects communication needs in a mountain area where there are no corresponding base stations nearby, it will automatically allocate more communication resources to help users strengthen their communication."

"It has even more important value and significance, which will gradually manifest in future life."

"Even now that we have the David Smart Butler, everyone's mobile phone signal is always at full bars, as if it makes no difference whether there are base stations or not."

If it is the Tianyun Operating System grandly released by Tianqi Group, it will certainly be more excellent than those major operating systems on the market.

"If you want to play large-scale games, feel that the mobile phone screen is too small, and think the configuration of a tablet or television is insufficient, you can run the game on your phone and stream the image to the tablet or television."

Especially for those who love off-roading and love to adventure everywhere seeking thrills, they no longer need to worry about getting lost in the mountains.

As soon as these words were spoken, there was an uproar in the audience.

"Everyone's smart terminals are just individual display screens for perfect interconnection."

Song Yanyong pressed the remote control in his hand and began to introduce the Tianwang Communication project to everyone:

Speaking of this, Song Yanyong smiled:

This netizen, who seemed to have a relatively good understanding of the communication industry, explained it to everyone.

"This kind of function not only makes the various smart devices in everyone's hands more convenient to use, but also allows various devices to assist each other and make up for each other's shortcomings."

"Currently, all communication systems, besides the fact that ground base stations are easily damaged, have another major drawback: insufficient signal coverage in desolate areas such as mountains and deserts."

Chu Mingsong smiled slightly.

If one says the Tianwang Communication network only makes everyone feel a bit more convenient and the network a bit more stable, everyone has not yet felt a fundamental change.

Over the past year, due to the popularization of the David Smart Butler, everyone has felt the various conveniences brought by full-bar 5G Network signals and super-fast internet speeds.

"Therefore, once the macro base stations are destroyed in a disaster, those David Smart Butlers spread across the country will also be unable to provide signals for everyone."

If the Tianwang Communication System can be completed, then the network will undoubtedly be more stable and have a wider coverage; even if you go to uninhabited mountain areas or return to a remote hometown, you will be able to enjoy full-speed internet at all times.

"Everyone doesn't even need to buy high-configuration mobile phones; with Cloud Computer technology and a 5G Network that covers the whole country without dead zones, you can completely purchase cloud computing services and place all data processing and other tasks in the cloud."

"For over a year, I have released several products in the name of the president of Tianqi Software Company, but this is the first time I have held a press conference together with the Tianqi Group headquarters."

"Of course, if you have a need to go abroad, considering that there is currently no 5G Network with dead-zone-free coverage capability like the Tianwang Communication System overseas, the Cloud Computer would have no use, so it is still recommended to buy a high-configuration mobile phone."

"But the most critical point is that while this method of communication sounds simple, it is not so easy to achieve."

"Whether it is an earthquake or a typhoon, nothing can block the signal transmission of the Tianwang Communication System, because with the size of the David Smart Butlers, it is impossible for them to be completely destroyed by these disasters, and the satellites in the sky are even less likely to be affected."

"Regarding this point, please allow me to keep you in suspense for now and reveal the answer to everyone at the end."
