Hearing Wu Yue's heavy breathing, Qingcao wiped the sweat from her forehead and said, "Yue, hold on a bit longer, we're almost at the riverside; we'll rest there a bit."

The weather before the rainy season was truly miserable; the sky was overcast yet oppressively humid and hot.

Qingcao nodded in understanding, then pointed at the pool and said, "There are lots of them, down in the deep."

Seeing a flicker of disappointment on her face, she then laughed and said, "Yue, do you just want to play in the water?"

But Qingcao completely missed her seriousness, got up on her own and walked to behind a large stone at the pool's edge.

With her eyes curved in a smile, she looked toward Wu Yue and said, "Yue, come over!"

Seeing her companion's excited expression, Wu Yue had a guess and immediately rose to walk over.

"Look, look, how is it?"

Sure enough, behind that large stone was an obviously man-made pool.

Although the pool isn't large, it's big enough for three people to bathe in.
