Chapter 1335

"Thank you, thank you." The old man took out a stack of newspapers and thanked him repeatedly, handing them to him. After thanking him several more times, he climbed onto his bicycle with a simple smile and rode into the distance.

Most of the newspapers subscribed to by the Construction Committee were official media newspapers, but among them happened to be the Global Times. Out of curiosity about the news, Zhao Desan held the stack of newspapers and flipped through them while walking into the office building. Because Zhao Desan had no interest in newspapers published by official media, he flipped through them casually. Suddenly, he flipped to the Global Times, and his gaze fell straight on a line of text that completely attracted his attention: "The Mystery of the 25-Year-Old Female Deputy Section Chief's Promotion." This eye-catching headline immediately grabbed Zhao Desan's attention. Before seeing the formal content of this article, Zhao Desan already felt that this article was 100% about Zheng Ru's promotion. So, driven by a strong desire for knowledge about this article, Zhao Desan looked around. Seeing no one, he held the newspaper and slipped into the men's restroom on the first floor, locked the door from the inside, and without even taking off his pants, squatted on the toilet and read this article with rapt attention: Recently, a pre-appointment announcement for a "25-year-old female deputy section chief" of the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee was posted online by a netizen, attracting the attention of many netizens. Yesterday, reporters went to the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee and the Hexi Provincial Party Committee Organization Department to interview relevant persons in charge, and the two persons in charge responded to the reporters' questions regarding this matter. At the same time, the Hexi Provincial Party Committee Organization Department responded that "because the management and appointment authority for cadres below the section level is the responsibility of the Provincial Personnel Department, the Organization Department only plays a supervisory role during the term."

Reporters verified and found that the "Hexi Provincial Construction Committee Management Cadre Pre-appointment Announcement" that triggered widespread questioning by netizens was first published on the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee's Construction Online website, released internally by the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee, and at the same time, the Hexi Provincial Personnel Department website also released relevant official documents. The day before yesterday, after this official document was posted by netizens on several major online forums with detailed text explanations, it attracted the attention and questioning of many netizens. In this announcement, the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee only published the resume of one proposed cadre. In this announcement, Zheng Ru, born in 1981, attracted special attention from netizens, especially Zheng Ru, who is currently working at the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee. The announcement information shows: Zheng Ru, born on August 8, 1983, started working in 2008, and is proposed to be the Deputy Section Chief of the Planning Section of the Hexi Provincial Construction Committee.
