Chapter 1702

Su Qing was sitting in her office thinking about Secretary Jin's words. At first, she didn't hear the phone ringing at all, until later she discovered that the phone was playing music on the table. Only then did she look at the phone without any interest. Seeing Zhao Desan's name displayed on it, her heavy expression eased slightly. She picked up the phone, pressed the answer button, and put it to her ear. Zhao Desan's voice came through: "Sister Su, why did it take so long to answer the phone?"

Su Qing forced a laugh and said, "You still know how to call your sister? I thought you had forgotten about your sister after going to Beijing!"

"Sister Su, you know that I'm just training and studying every day here, not as free as when I'm at work. Besides, didn't you also not call me? Haven't I been the one taking the initiative to call you every time?"

"Hey! I've also been busy lately. There are too many things in the unit, and I've been exhausted all day. As soon as I get home, I'm so tired I just collapse and sleep." Su Qing sighed and said, trying to hide her heavy emotions.

"By the way, Sister Su, so many things have happened in Hexi Province this month?" Zhao Desan suddenly remembered the news about Hexi Province he had specifically looked up online just now and asked with great interest.

"Yes, you only just found out? There was a major traffic accident, and the leader in charge, Deputy Secretary Yang, is being investigated by the Commission for Discipline Inspection. Hexi Province's exposure rate is too high now." Su Qing said helplessly.

"Isn't it better to have a high exposure rate? Many people in the south don't even know where Hexi Province is. This exposure will actually increase its popularity." Zhao Desan said half-jokingly.

Su Qing chuckled lightly and said, "You say it easily, but the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and Government don't think so. Deputy Secretary Yang is being pushed to the forefront because of a photo at the scene of the traffic accident, and the Commission for Discipline Inspection was forced to intervene under pressure. Which local leader doesn't hope for stability? Now that Hexi Province's exposure rate is so high, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and Government must be under great pressure."

Hearing Su Qing's dry laugh, Zhao Desan restrained his laughter and asked seriously and with great concern, "Sister Su, is it because you have also been busy with these things lately that you didn't have time to call me?"

"Where is that? The traffic accident is being investigated by the Safety Supervision Bureau, and Deputy Secretary Yang's affair is being handled by the Commission for Discipline Inspection. It has nothing to do with our Organization Department." Su Qing's tone sounded very heavy because she had something on her mind.

Zhao Desan on the other end of the phone could tell that Su Qing seemed to have something on her mind. He sat up a bit and asked seriously, "Sister Su, do you have something on your mind lately?"

Seeing that Zhao Desan had noticed her abnormality, Su Qing hurriedly squeezed out a fake laugh and said, "What could I have on my mind? If I have something on my mind, isn't it because I haven't seen you for a long time and I miss you." ===== CHAPTER 1703 =====
