Chapter 2449

Zhao Desan covered Wu Min with the quilt on tiptoe. At this moment, Wu Min seemed to be startled and woke up all of a sudden. She quickly sat up and said embarrassedly, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I fell asleep..."

"It's alright. If you're tired, just sleep for a while. The food isn't ready yet anyway," Zhao Desan quickly said, following her lead.

Seeing that what Zhao Desan said made sense and that she was indeed a bit tired, Wu Min smiled and said, "Then I'll rest for a while." As she spoke, she leaned back against the sofa.

This action of Wu Min's brought Zhao Desan an unexpected surprise. He hadn't expected things to progress so smoothly. He had originally decorated this room to be as cozy as a home just to create a comfortable environment for her, to let her be as relaxed as possible, but he knew that would also require time to build up. He hadn't expected Wu Min to enter the role so quickly; perhaps she was also looking forward to the development Zhao Desan had in mind.
