Chapter 3107

Zhao Desan's head was swaying back and forth. Gao Haiping realized he was a bit impatient, so he deliberately smiled and said to Zhao Desan, "Director Liu, this is the last one. Do you have any thoughts?" Zhao Desan really wanted to beat Gao Haiping until his legs were in the air.

"Hello leaders, my name is Zhao Lei..."

Zhao Desan raised his head upon hearing the pleasant voice. She really was a great beauty, with a melon-seed face and big eyes. Although Zhao Desan had been a leader of the Construction Committee for a year, this was the first time he had participated in an interview as a leader, although he didn't understand their dialogue too well. But this great beauty Zhao Lei answered fluently, and several old veterans also nodded in agreement frequently. Zhao Desan knew that this was not only a great beauty but also a talented woman.

After the interview ended, Gao Haiping discussed the results of the interview with everyone. Surprisingly, Zhao Lei was not included. Zhao Desan thought he had misheard and asked Gao Haiping, "Director Gao, Zhao Lei is still quite capable."

Gao Haiping smiled lightly and said, "Because of Director Xu this time, it's best not to hire women who are prone to causing mistakes like this."

Director Xu was the top leader before Zhao Desan was transferred here. On the surface, he was removed from his post because of a mistake in his work; in reality, it was because of personal lifestyle issues. He was reported by a female subordinate for having an affair in the office. Finally, the District Commission for Discipline Inspection intervened in the investigation. In addition, District Mayor Wu had always had opinions about the fact that Director Xu, as the director of the District Construction Committee, did not play much of a role in the development and construction of the Chanba Development Zone. In a fit of anger, he took advantage of that opportunity to remove him directly. Zhao Desan also learned the truth of this matter from others.

Zhao Desan rolled his eyes and thought, stop pretending to be a gentleman. Zhao Desan had long suspected that the person who reported Director Xu was Gao Haiping. This guy, as a deputy, had always coveted the position of the top leader and thought that only he could benefit after Director Xu was investigated. Unfortunately, Gao Haiping's wishful thinking was wrong; in the end, the one who truly benefited was the young Zhao Desan, who was ordered to take over in a crisis from the Provincial Construction Committee.

However, Gao Haiping's words served as a reminder to Zhao Desan. Because of Director Xu's precedent, and once Sister Su was transferred away, he must pay attention to his personal lifestyle issues, especially with Tong Xiaoli. In the future, there must absolutely be no excessive behavior in the office. If he were caught by this bastard Gao Haiping, he would definitely make a big deal out of it in secret.

Gao Haiping said, "The few people sitting here today are all old comrades of the unit and members of the leadership team. I have thought about the management of the unit these past few days, and there are some loopholes. Therefore, I drafted some systems overnight, and I ask all leaders to take a look. If everyone thinks they are useful, our District Construction Committee will implement them according to this system in the future." While speaking, Gao Haiping distributed the results he had worked on overnight to everyone.
