Chapter 3998

Secretary Jin walked and watched, and without knowing it, he came to a foundation pit under construction. He stopped a passing migrant worker and asked, and learned that this was a high-altitude amusement project under planning and construction, which was undergoing foundation construction for amusement facilities. At this time, this foundation pit was undergoing intense concrete pouring work, so Secretary Jin stood by the protective fence and watched with great interest.

Secretary Jin was originally very satisfied with the construction situation of this project, but who knew that at this moment, he suddenly saw a serious violation in construction. He saw several migrant workers, under the instruction of a foreman, wantonly adding water to the relatively thick concrete to dilute it, so that the concrete could be smoothly transported to the structural template to be poured through the automobile delivery pump. Originally, such a professional problem, an outsider would not see anything wrong at all, but Secretary Jin happened to have engaged in construction when the country was building water conservancy construction, and had some professional knowledge in this regard. He knew that adding water to the concrete that had been mixed at will would have a serious impact on the structural strength of the poured concrete, which was to say, the strength was not up to standard, did not meet the design requirements, and there might be safety accidents.

Seeing this scene, Secretary Jin was immediately angry. He hurriedly shouted at the several migrant workers who were adding water to the concrete, "You can't add water to it! Stop quickly! Stop!"

The several migrant workers who were intensely carrying out concrete pouring operations heard the shout and looked up at the same time at Secretary Jin, who was standing by the guardrail and waving his hands in a hurry, and said to the foreman who was directing the construction. At this time, the bald man with a gold necklace around his neck saw Secretary Jin waving his arms to stop their construction, so he rushed over from the construction site. This guy was Julong's capable general, a guy who was used to being arrogant and domineering. He rushed to Secretary Jin, tilted his head, narrowed his eyes, sized up the middle-aged man wearing a white shirt, slightly fat, and with a blessed face, and shouted at Secretary Jin with an arrogant attitude, "Who the hell are you!"

Secretary Jin pointed to the construction site where there was a violation and said righteously, "You are going to have a big problem doing this, hurry up and let them stop!"
