Chapter 589

You old bitch, aren't you asking what you know! Fuck! He cursed secretly in his heart, but said sincerely, "Director Zhang, to be honest, although I became this section chief because of your appreciation and love in the three years I've been in the bureau, I found that I am still too young, lack exercise, and have insufficient work experience, which has led to some difficulties in my work now, brought a lot of trouble to the bureau, and made your work very passive. I feel that I am not competent for this position."

Since Zhang Ailing wanted to get rid of him by all means, he followed her wishes and went with the flow.

This guy is still sensible, Zhang Ailing thought, and started to pretend to be a good person again. While flipping through his resignation letter, she pretended to say meaningfully, "Little Zhao, you say that you did quite well at the beginning of your work, especially before you became a section chief, you did do very well. I did think highly of you at that time, but you say that after you became the section chief of the Safety and Quality Section, why did your work not do as well as before? It is indeed possible that, as you said, you lack work experience and are too young. This is actually nothing, but you say that the city leaders went to the mines for inspection yesterday, mainly to check safety work. As the leader in charge, you didn't go to work on time, and your phone couldn't get through. First of all, the nature of your work attitude is very bad. As a leader, you are like this. You say how can the people below do well... Sigh! Since you want to resign, then I have nothing to say... Then what are your plans?" Zhang Ailing put down the resignation letter and raised her head to look at him.

"I don't have any plans for the time being," he said. "We'll see. Leader, do you agree to my resignation?"

Zhang Ailing wished he would get out of the Coal Bureau immediately and had long wanted to pull out this thorn in her eye and flesh. But for the sake of face, she still said grandiosely, "Since you intend to resign, in principle, I agree, but it still needs to be discussed and decided by other leaders at the meeting. The procedure still needs to be followed. It's like this, you go down first, wait for me to hold a leadership team meeting to discuss it, and see what other leaders mean."

"Then... then alright," Zhao Desan said. "Then I'll go down."
