Chapter 1262 - 1270: Don’t Curse Me
Netizen: This is textbook coquetry, she’s practically hanging all over the little brother, eyes glued on him eagerly. What was it, food?
Netizen: Am I the only one concerned about whether Jane Sampson got what she wanted after acting all coquettish?
Netizen: Seriously, even though I’m not a fan of Jane Sampson, my heart goes out to her. Many netizens and Official Accounts are just exploiting her privacy, using her news to hype things up to gain attention and fans. As a spectator, it pains me to see this.
Netizen: Exactly, getting concrete proof twice in one day, even us spectators are getting fed up. Always exploiting Jane Sampson like this, it’s essentially attracting negative attention to her. But, coquettish Jane Sampson is so adorable, her brother’s silhouette looks handsome too.
Netizen: We just got proof of a cousin at noon, cute and adorable. And now proof again in the evening. This must be to ride on the wave of popularity, otherwise why provide proof of a boyfriend without showing a face.
Netizen: Agree with the one upstairs, it must be because the siblings look alike. Once the face is shown, the gig is up and so is the so-called proof of a boyfriend.
Jane Sampson couldn’t stop laughing after reading this, so exaggerated that she was laughing while pounding on the sofa.
"No wonder Sister Tin said there’s no need to withdraw it, because no one believes it at all. Not a single person believes it when I open the topic list!" Tears were almost coming out as Jane laughed.
It’s just like the story of the boy who cried wolf.
After crying wolf a few times, at first, everyone believed it, but then no more cries were taken seriously.
Jane Sampson could understand the direction things were going on the internet; no one’s influence was needed because lately, news about her boyfriend has really been covering the sky everywhere every three days.
Every day there are revelations about boyfriends, secret meetings with fresh young meat; netizens are visually fatigued and no longer believe it.
Even if she and James Black look genuinely intimate in the photos, everyone still thinks that he must be her brother without a doubt.
While holding her mobile phone, Jane Sampson searched the building for James Black. After looking around, she noticed someone in the restroom and ran straight there, knocking on the door, "James, are you in there?"
The door made a clicking sound, and James walked out, just to see Jane Sampson excitedly hopping around in front of him.
"Got diarrhea?" James asked with a frown.
"Don’t jinx me," Jane said with a giggly shake of her head, pulling James over to sit down on the sofa, then said to him, "I just remembered to ask Sister Tin to pull from the hot search, but no one on Twitter believes it. Instead, everyone is criticizing the person who posted it."
James’s gaze settled on Jane’s face, taking in every bit of her expression and emotion.
She was happy.
Or rather, she was elated beyond measure.
Taking his time, James now casually pulled out his phone from his coat pocket and logged onto Twitter. He didn’t need to search; the hot topics were right there when he logged in.
Opening it and looking down, James’s already expressionless face grew darker.
"Brother?" James let out a scoff before putting away his phone and turning his eyes to Jane. "You’re happy?"
Jane, not noticing anything off about James’s tone, happily nodded and shrugged her shoulders, playfully teasing, "Obviously, I am. It’s big happy news, I’ve saved the studio a bunch of money."
"Are your fans all like you?" James suddenly asked.
