Chapter 2207 - 2215: It’s My Business
Just as Jane Sampson was about to walk out, James Black reached out, grabbed her wrist, and with a pull, spun her around directly into his arms.
James Black wrapped his arms around Jane Sampson’s waist, but frowned slightly.
Too skinny.
"In a good mood?" James Black asked in a low voice.
Jane Sampson raised an eyebrow, her eyes full of laughter, "Not bad."
"Very happy? Like JSY?" James Black lowered his head, and as he spoke, his nose almost touched hers. Jane Sampson tilted her head and could even smell the toothpaste in his mouth as he spoke.
Mint flavor.
"I remember, you said before, if I made you happy, there would be a reward." James Black moved even closer, lightly brushing her lips.
He didn’t move away, just stayed there, speaking against her lips.
"So where’s the reward?" he asked, pressing his voice low.
Jane Sampson blinked, with a look on her face as if she didn’t know what he was talking about.
"Don’t play dumb." James Black bit her lip lightly, holding her tighter in his arms, pressing her firmly against himself.
It was as if he wanted to press her whole body into his and hide her.
Jane Sampson felt as if she could hear her heart in her chest, thumping faster and faster.
So teasing, so sexy early in the morning?
Looking at the face so close to hers, Jane Sampson swallowed hard.
"You already have so many cards." Jane Sampson roughly calculated in her mind, "Doesn’t each card almost have ten in stock?"
"You just give, and how many there are is up to me." When James Black spoke, his lips always stayed on hers, so his voice was low.
"If you don’t give them, then I’ll take them myself." James Black finished talking, turned off the stove, and when he turned back around, he picked Jane Sampson up.
Step by step, heading towards the bedroom.
Jane Sampson turned her small head on his chest and realized which direction they were heading in. She reached out and tugged at the button on James Black’s chest, "I didn’t leave the cards in the bedroom, I put them in the study."
She thought James Black assumed she left the finished cards in the bedroom.
Actually, she was afraid James Black would sneak them, so she switched spots once.
They say the most dangerous place is the safest, so she hid them in the study.
Unexpectedly, James Black just said "Mm" and replied to her, "No rush for the cards."
When they entered the room, James Black closed the door with his foot, carried Jane Sampson to the bed, "There’s something more urgent to do first."
This more urgent matter wasn’t finished until the noodles in the kitchen pot were so overcooked that you could hardly find a drop of soup.
It was finally done.
Jane Sampson was carried from the bathroom by James Black, too lazy even to poke him with her finger.
James Black tucked her into the quilt, glanced at the time, thought for a bit, and said, "You rest a bit longer, I’ll go prepare lunch."
"I don’t want noodles~" When Jane Sampson spoke, she realized her voice was hoarse like a broken gong. She disbelievingly went "ah-ah-ah" a few times to clear her throat, then resignedly glared at James Black.
"From now on, I won’t talk to you in the morning." Jane Sampson vowed, that every morning when James Black was on vacation, she would keep far away from him, the farther the better.
She wondered why he recently became a vegetarian. During the nine days she was filming, he stayed with her diligently, taking care of her, every night hugging her to sleep quietly, not doing anything extra.
