Chapter 810 - 818: What About Me?

~4 min read 621 words

"I really wish I had a blackboard eraser to wipe everything clean without leaving a trace."

James Black took the tissue out of Jane Sampson’s nostrils, checked it, and said, "It stopped bleeding. Go wash your face. It’s late at night, and you are so heated. Have a cup of honey water later."

Jane let out a sound of acknowledgment and bent down to scoop some water to wash her face.

Inside, she grumbled, "So heated late at night — blame me, huh?

Who was it that out of the blue came back from the guard team late at night and started to undress her as an act of seduction?

Who was it that let her get a good look at him while he wore no clothes?

Drink water? Is drinking honey water really the cure for everything?

So next time he wants her, could she just give him a cup of honey water to cool him down?

She could even generously offer him a chilled one!

Hmph!

This guy, he really is too much!

James Black didn’t know Jane was silently criticizing him. When Jane finished washing her face, James immediately led her out of the bathroom.

Jane didn’t say a word the whole time, which unexpectedly pleased James.

It wasn’t until he pinned her against the wall and kissed her that she reacted.

She covered her mouth with both hands and glared at him, "I won’t let you kiss me!"

James’s lips curved slightly, "Won’t let me kiss you? Then who will you let kiss you, hmm?"

One word, "hmm," filled with threat.

Comparing strength with James was like an ant trying to shake an elephant. Even with just one hand, James easily stopped her hands that didn’t want to be kissed and kissed her red lips, brightened by lipstick and especially moist.

At first, Jane struggled for a while, but eventually, James made his way through, stormed the city walls, and pressed her against the wall kissing her for a very long time. It lasted so long that Jane felt her tongue go numb and her lips nearly lost feeling before James finally ended the kiss.

After such a long time intertwined, their lips parted reluctantly, still tugging at each other.

James kissed her lips again briefly out of satisfaction and gently caressed them with his thumb.

"Tastes good," James spoke softly. After a pause, he added, "I mean the lipstick."

"And me?" Jane’s eyes were dewy as she looked at him. At that moment, in her black pupils, there was no starlight or moon, only his shadow.

These eyes that only saw him shone like the vast starry sea.

"Not bad either," James heard Jane’s softly coquettish question and looked at her rare coyness, chuckled lowly, and complimented her, "Very sweet."

Watching the little woman leaning against the wall, looking at him and laughing softly, James asked, "Is the lipstick the one I recently bought for you?"

"Yes," Jane admitted with a nod. "Doesn’t it look good?"

"Yes," James chuckled.

"I knew it. A girl as pretty as me looks good in any lipstick." Her pride, it soared up, brushing the moon in the sky.

With a deep, rich voice and a smile deepening at his lips, James suddenly scooped her up with one hand and carried her to the cloakroom, all the way to the mirror before setting her down.

"See how beautiful you are now," James’s right hand gently touched Jane’s face in the mirror.

Jane pouted and glanced at the mirror.

Just one glance.

"Ah!"

A scream like that of a pig being slaughtered echoed from the cloakroom.

The next second, she burst out of the cloakroom and ran towards the restroom once again.
