Chapter 16

The Herbivore ability is still very awesome!

Right!

Su Lin suddenly took Mudkip and walked over.

Approaching Tangela.

009: Pokémon Egg Clue, Beginner Pokémon Attribute Fruit 【Seeking Flowers/Monthly Tickets】

Tangela is a very strange Pokémon.

Because it is wrapped in dark blue vines all over.

Has a pair of small feet wearing red shoes.

Besides this.

The entire body of Tangela can only see the part around the eyes.

Eerily pitch black!

Su Lin had thought countless times before.

If Tangela's vines were peeled open.

What would it be like inside?

Right now.

This Tangela is right here.

Should I try?

The world Su Lin lived in before.

Had a hypothetical legend about Tangela in Pokémon games.

Legend says Tangela is a drowned little girl!

That is a little girl wearing red shoes.

A little girl who accidentally fell into a lake and drowned, her soul was wrapped by a large amount of water grass.

And only then formed the initial Tangela!

This is the legend of the birth of the first Tangela.

Whether it's true or not is unknown.

Just as Su Lin recalled this legend.

And was hesitating whether peeling open Tangela's vines would cause any ominous things to happen.

Mudkip suddenly stepped forward vigilantly!

It turned out that the fainted Tangela woke up.

Seeing Su Lin and Mudkip, this Tangela cried out again.

Turned around and hurried away.

"Forget it."

"Better to be curious."

Thinking of the eerie pitch-black color of Tangela's eyes.

Su Lin finally canceled the plan to chase and peel it open to see...

Carrying Mudkip.

Su Lin didn't take long to encounter other Grass-type Pokémon again.

The effect of Physical Attack +2 will continue to exist for a short time.

So these Grass-type Pokémon had no suspense.

All were defeated by Mudkip!

【Your Mudkip defeated lv9 Oddish, obtained 150 battle experience points】

【Your Mudkip defeated lv12 Bellsprout, obtained 300 battle experience points】

【Your Mudkip's accumulated battle experience is sufficient, level increased to lv10】

【...】

【Ding! Congratulations Master, you led your starter Pokémon to successfully complete ten Pokémon battles and win, system task completed】

【You obtained Pokémon Egg Clue x1】

After the level increased, Mudkip promoted to Intermediate.

Defeated a few more wild Pokémon, completed the system task.

Obtained system rewards!

Based on the idea that system-made is a masterpiece.

Su Lin checked the system space for the first time.

Under his perception.

The system space indeed had one more item.

It was another card-like thing.

However, this time the card can be crushed directly.

The card after being crushed turned into countless light spots.

Gathered on the system's light screen.

Finally formed a zoomable map on the light screen.

There are two points on the map.

One is green, one is red.

Green represents Su Lin's own location.

Then red represents the place where the Pokémon egg is located.

This system map only has two points.

No specific route on how to walk.

However, no matter where Su Lin is.

Walking toward that direction, there is an arrow on the system map pointing directly to the position of the Pokémon egg.

"No qualification marked?"

Su Lin pondered for a while, but still planned to get the Pokémon egg first.

【Ding~ Reminder to Master~ System task issued~】

【To become a qualified Pokémon Doctor, you need to possess Pokémon partners with impressive strength, please find and obtain the Pokémon egg according to the system map】

【Task Reward: Pokémon Egg Culture Fluid x1】

"This system, it really understands my heart!"

Su Lin smiled knowingly.

Looked at the direction of the arrow on the system map.

Then hurried with Mudkip.

He didn't go directly to the location of the Pokémon egg.

But was looking for a tree fruit called Stink Fruit.

The reason Tangela could discover him in advance.

Should be that it smelled his scent.

Stink Fruit can cover his scent very well.

As long as Stink Fruit is found.

Things like Tangela discovering him in advance.

As long as he is careful, it shouldn't happen again.

And how to find Stink Fruit is also very simple.

Don't forget this is beside a small stream.

Su Lin's Pokémon knowledge reserve is very rich!

He knows that Stink Fruit is very easy to find at water sources.

Sure enough.

Only ten minutes later.

Su Lin successfully found Stink Fruit.
