Chapter 213

Second semi-final.

The time lasted less than six minutes.

And the winner was decided.

Sure enough, it was the Imperial City Pokémon Battle Arena side that won!

Another thirty-minute break.

The finals began!

It's just that...

On the Imperial City Pokémon Battle Arena side.

There was no one like Gu Qingjue!

First match of the finals.

As the referee waved the flag to announce the start of the match.

The one Su Lin sent out was still Vigoroth.

No way around it, the Imperial City Pokémon Battle Arena could make it to the finals.

Its comprehensive strength was also very strong.

Unless the opponent was a Grass-type Pokémon.

Otherwise, Su Lin didn't intend to bring out Marshtomp to battle.

Besides, Marshtomp was also about to break through to LV30 Elite-stage.

It would evolve into Swampert at LV36.

Don't know when he could get a Swampertite?

The strength of Mega Swampert was also quite good!

Digressing...

Back to the present.

First match of the finals.

Su Lin used Vigoroth.

The contestant from the Imperial City Pokémon Battle Arena on the opposite side.

Used Ampharos!

The battle began.

Ampharos unleashed Thunder.

Vigoroth rushed over with Quick Attack.

Thunder didn't hit.

Vigoroth, having rushed over, ended the battle with one punch...

【Your Vigoroth defeated LV39 Ampharos, gained 1000 battle experience】

Elite-stage Pokémon.

After defeating it, in the prompt on the system light screen.

The battle experience gained was a full 1000 points.

Almost double that of an Advanced-stage Pokémon.

Then the second match of the finals.

The Pokémon of the contestant on the opposite side was a big guy!

Steelix!

Su Lin still used Vigoroth.

The opposite side clearly had ideas.

Because they had Steelix use Double-Edge at the start!

Steelix's ability is Rock Head.

So it was fine to use Double-Edge, which has recoil!

Plus Steelix's physical defense was very strong!

The opponent was thinking.

To use this method to "perish together" with Vigoroth.

Both lose the ability to battle!

It's just a pity that Vigoroth was, after all, that "One-Punch Demon King" Vigoroth.

How could it let the opponent get their wish in this situation?

Under Su Lin's direction.

Vigoroth

Used Drain Punch + Electro-Burst Punch.

Directly defeating Steelix!

【Your Vigoroth defeated LV39 Steelix, gained 1000 battle experience】

Best of three wins!

Su Lin, representing the Star City Pokémon Battle Arena, won the finals!

Successfully taking the crown without any surprises!

For Trainers who understood.

The battle in the finals.

Was far less exciting than the battle between Su Lin and Gu Qingjue.

But this didn't affect the audience watching!

Under the psychic work of some Psychic-type Pokémon.

It only took about a few minutes.

Inside the Super Training Arena of the Yangcheng Pokémon Battle Arena.

The stage for the award ceremony had already been built.

A beautiful woman with flaxen wavy long hair, wearing a slit cheongsam.

Under the gaze of many spectators and live broadcast cameras.

Slowly walked onto the award stage.

She was the Gym Leader of the Yangcheng Pokémon Battle Arena.

Peng Yanan!

Standing on the platform of the training arena.

Peng Yanan began to deliver some official pleasantries.

After finishing these pleasantries.

It was to announce the winner of the 2022 Yan Nation Southern Region Pokémon Battle Arena Open Tournament as the closing remarks.

"I announce, the 2022 Yan Nation Southern Region."

"Winner of the Pokémon Battle Arena Open Tournament."

"Is the Star City Pokémon Battle Arena of the Star City region!"

"Now, let's invite the contestants from each Pokémon Battle Arena to enter the arena again!"

Peng Yanan looked toward the various passages of the training arena.

The contestants from each Pokémon Battle Arena.

Under the direction of the staff.

All entered the arena.
