Chapter 39

might be very troublesome.

Therefore,

using Odor Sleuth to coordinate, so that Slakoth's skills could hit,

was the fastest way to resolve the battle.

Marshtomp had always executed Su Lin's words

without any hesitation.

It saw it emit two special rays from its eyes,

covering all three Sableye within them.

But these three Sableye rushed madly toward Slakoth!

Apparently, they knew Slakoth's weakness.

And Slakoth

directly endured the attacks of the three Sableye.

Its stamina was severely depleted;

it probably wouldn't be able to hold on if there was another attack.

"Slakoth, use Yawn directly, it can be effective now!"

Yawn is a Normal-type skill.

Pokémon hit by it will fall asleep.

Because of the mark from Odor Sleuth,

Yawn, which was originally ineffective against Sableye,

could now have an effect!

Hearing this,

Slakoth's eyes instantly became sharp.

It opened its mouth and spat out multiple Yawn bubbles directly.

As long as it is hit by any Yawn bubble,

the Pokémon will quickly fall asleep.

Humans are no exception.

These three Sableye only had time to let out a "Sableye" sound,

and each was hit by a Yawn bubble

and fell down.

Su Lin signaled Marshtomp to go over

and gain battle experience.

【Your Marshtomp defeated Lv19 Sableye, gained 300 battle experience points】

【Your Marshtomp defeated Lv17 Sableye, gained 300 battle experience points】

【Your Marshtomp's accumulated battle experience is sufficient, level increased to Lv20】

Marshtomp broke through!

Its strength had a relatively large increase!

Lv20 is an Advanced-strength Pokémon!

Skill power also greatly increased!

【Your Marshtomp, because its strength increased greatly, had an epiphany and learned a new skill: Muddy Water】

Muddy Water, an area-of-effect skill!

Not bad!

Data Eye!

After a Pokémon is promoted to Advanced strength,

to increase the battle experience for another level,

it requires 12,000 points!

And Su Lin also noticed

that the intimacy of 265 with Marshtomp...

this had already exceeded the maximum value in the game!

"Marshtomp! Woo~"

Strength broke through,

and Marshtomp's mood was obviously very happy.

"Marshtomp, Slakoth."

Su Lin was about to speak.

The two Pokémon quickly focused their attention.

"When fighting in the wild, the primary consideration is how to win quickly with the smallest cost."

Su Lin was referring to just now.

Marshtomp didn't use Odor Sleuth immediately.

Marshtomp also knew that its Master was talking about it.

After using Odor Sleuth,

Slakoth's Yawn bubbles played a big role.

But it had originally prepared

to quickly defeat one Sableye itself

and then go help Slakoth.

But in reality,

Slakoth probably wouldn't have been able to hold on until then.

After all, the level of each Sableye

was so much higher than Slakoth's!

"Of course, having said that,"

Su Lin smiled,

"you have things you didn't do well enough, which is where I come in."

"Overall, you both performed well just now."

After finishing,

Su Lin took out that Normal-type Intermediate-strength Pokémon attribute fruit

and gave it to Slakoth.

"Slakoth!"

Slakoth's eyes lit up,

and it quickly took it.

It couldn't wait to peel the fruit skin

and ate it in two or three bites. ===== CHAPTER 40 =====
