Chapter 938: After the Concert and Proposal (1)

When Lu Yan He and Chen Siqi had already arrived in Prague and were strolling in this ancient Eastern European city, back in China, many people were still immersed in the aftertaste brought by the concert the night before.

No one knew what happened after that concert.

And no one knew that Lu Yan He flew to Prague with his fiancée the next day.

Due to work, their visas could often be handled at the fastest speed. Especially Lu Yan He, no matter when he wanted to go to any place, Darren Wilson and the brokerage company behind him would provide him with "green channel" services.

This is the level of service that Hollywood brokerage companies can provide. In this regard, Chinese brokerage companies indeed still have a lot of room for progress. One phone call from them can make people handle special things specially. For a brokerage company, this is also a symbol of its strength behind it.

Lu Yan He and Chen Siqi stayed in Prague for three days, then transferred to Germany to meet with Mukan Zorge and Hua Ruzhen.

Mukan Zorge was already preparing for the filming of *Island of Terror*.

The new film that was about to start filming this month was the most important thing in his current life.

And under Lu Yan He's bridge-building, this film also had a linkage promotion with Li Zhibai's starring *Buried 2*.

Mukan Zorge said: "Lu, I received the scripts you sent me. Are you really planning to hand over these scripts to D19 to do?"

"Not handing over to D19, but cooperating with D19. My film company Linghe will be responsible for the main production." Lu Yan He said, "Mukan, I hope you can participate in these projects, not necessarily directing, but if you can serve as a producer or supervisor, it will definitely make these projects go to the next level."

Mukan Zorge said: "If you want me to join these projects, of course I am willing, but I can't see what I can do."

"If you can't direct, I hope you can help these projects find a suitable director." Lu Yan He said bluntly, "In this regard, your vision is definitely better than mine."

Mukan Zorge was surprised.

"Do you want me to choose the director?"

"To be precise, it's a recommendation." Lu Yan He said, "The final decision is definitely made by me and D19, but I don't know much about the field of horror and thriller films, this circle. You are an insider, I am an outsider. And I don't dare to trust D19 100%. You understand what I mean, right?"

Mukan nodded.

Hua Ruzhen asked: "Yan He, if these projects cooperate, what kind of cooperation method are you preparing to take with Mukan?"

"Of course I hope he can participate in investment with his own company and cooperate deeply." Lu Yan He said, "I don't doubt the profitability of these projects. Mukan can definitely see the highlights of these scripts, provided that it can be produced normally, instead of being messed up—you know, now my scripts are hyped to an abnormal position in Hollywood, many actors are very eager to act in my scripts, even just to get to know me. It's not guaranteed that D19 will take these scripts to do some interest exchanges, and finally a film that could have become an outstanding work has to become mediocre. It looks like it still made money, but actually it's a pity."

Hua Ruzhen nodded.

"Such cooperation is also the best. If Mukan's company participates in investment, he can also gain real say, but D19 may not be willing to give up the share of investment." Hua Ruzhen said immediately, "Your scripts have such high returns, they may not be willing to give them up."

"I will require them to agree." Lu Yan He said, "If Mukan doesn't join, I can't form a basic trust between me and D19, then I would rather not cooperate and let these scripts be shelved."

Hearing Lu Yan He's words, Hua Ruzhen was relieved.

She nodded.

"With your words, I am relieved."

Lu Yan He laughed.

After leaving Mukan and Hua Ruzhen's house, Chen Siqi asked Lu Yan He curiously: "Why must Mukan Zorge join these projects?"

"Because in this regard, he is the top director in the world." Lu Yan He said, "He is the strongest in mastering the rhythm of horror and thrillers. If he joins, no matter who directs, he will have his direction. This is very important. I can't put too much energy into every project, my time and energy are limited, and I don't stay in Hollywood often. On the contrary, Mukan is not only powerful himself, but also has a production company specializing in horror films."

Chen Siqi realized and nodded.

"I understand."

Lu Yan He: "Of course, there is another very important reason."

"Fighting wits with D19, guarding against D19 using you?"

"Exactly." Lu Yan He nodded, "Many times, I don't know that D19 has used me. In the past, Darren helped me identify these things, but when it comes to specific film and television project cooperation and production levels, let alone Darren changing positions, even if he didn't, it's not his specialty. It still has to be a professional like Mukan, he knows clearly."

"Indeed." Chen Siqi stretched, "Alright, our rest day is over, time to go back."

Lu Yan He nodded, smiling.

"Are you impatient to go back to work?"

Chen Siqi: "No one wants to be impatient to go back to work, it's work that summons you back."

Chen Siqi's words made Lu Yan He laugh and cry.

"You are going to start recording *Young Days* immediately after you go back, right?"

"Hmm." Lu Yan He nodded, "They have already started recording, I will join in the middle."

"Actually, you don't have to specifically take me out for a trip at this time."

"I wanted to play myself, using you as an excuse." Lu Yan He said, "I was preparing for the concert before, how tired. *Young Days* is not the last season anyway, we have already agreed, try to participate in the recording of this program as much as possible, but don't force it for the sake of participating in the recording. What we need is long-term development."

Chen Siqi: "Alright, you develop long-term. One *Young Days*, one *Friends*, I want to see how many seasons you guys are going to film."

Lu Yan He said: "Maybe keep filming."

"Filming into a living fossil."

"Seems like it's not impossible." Lu Yan He laughed, "I also want to ask you, do you want to make a guest appearance this season? I want to make a guest appearance of the editor-in-chief of *Jump Up* this season, why don't you act yourself."

Chen Siqi asked: "I can't act."

"Guest appearance, don't worry, no acting skills needed." Lu Yan He said with a smile, "We will find some social celebrities to guest star every season, not just big stars. If you don't come this year, we will still find you in the future."

Chen Siqi said: "Then you arrange it, I'll try, if I really can't act, you guys just delete my part."

"That won't do," Lu Yan He said righteously. "Inviting you to make a cameo is specifically to ride on your popularity; how could I cut you out?"

Chen Siqi: "Friends is already popular enough; there's no need to ride on my popularity."

"That's not it, no matter how big the IP is, if you want to continue to attract attention, you need to constantly add some fresh topics. The content itself is one thing, and inviting big names to guest star is also a very effective way." Lu Yan He said, "You are such a big name."

Chen Siqi: "Alright alright, don't put high hats on me, if you really want me to guest star, I'll go."

Lu Yan He laughed.

On the plane back to China, the two unexpectedly met Lily Williams.

This American actress who has a good relationship with Lu Yan He was actually unadorned and plain-faced.

"Why didn't you tell me in advance when you went to China?" Lu Yan He asked with a smile.

Lily Williams: "I knew you were on vacation in Europe, I thought you weren't in China, so I didn't contact you."

"How did you know I was on vacation in Europe?" Lu Yan He asked in surprise.

Lily Williams smiled helplessly, signaling her phone.

"You were photographed by others taking pictures with your girlfriend in Prague." Lily Williams said, "Major media have published your photos."

Lu Yan He and Chen Siqi were stunned.

They really didn't know about this.

This is really...

Lily Williams asked: "Are you guys going to Prague for work, or vacation?"

"Vacation."

Lily Williams: "Really envy you guys."

"Are you going to China for work?"

Lily Williams nodded: "There is a promotional work for an endorsement brand tomorrow."

"Are you alone?"

Lu Yan He looked at Lily Williams like this, not at all like a Hollywood first-line female star traveling.

Lily Williams said: "My assistant is on vacation, this work is only for one day, I let her continue to vacation, anyway, after landing, the brand side has arranged for people to receive."

Lu Yan He nodded.

"Is your work in Yuming?"

This flight is flying to Yuming.

Lily Williams nodded.

Lu Yan He said: "After landing later, I have to record a reality show program, it will probably be late at night when the recording ends. I'll see when it's convenient, if we can match the time, I'll take you to Yuming to eat some authentic delicious food."

Lily Williams said with a smile, sure.

"When is your flight leaving?"

Lily shook her head: "Haven't booked a ticket yet, I plan to walk around Yuming after tomorrow's work is finished. In the past, when I came to China, I left as soon as work was finished. I want to walk around this city."

Lu Yan He and Chen Siqi looked at each other.

Chen Siqi understood in seconds.

"Lily, you should not have found a local guide, right? I will ask a friend to be your guide, you see where you want to go, what you want to eat, or other ideas, having a local will be much more convenient and save a lot of trouble." Chen Siqi said.

Lily Williams showed surprise, "Can I?"

"Of course." Chen Siqi said with a smile, "What's impossible about this."

"Thank you." Lily Williams said to them.

After greeting, Lu Yan He and Chen Siqi sat down.

Lu Yan He typed a string of characters on his phone and showed it to Chen Siqi: Her mood seems a bit wrong.

Chen Siqi typed and showed it to him: I think so too.

Lily Williams is usually a very enthusiastic and cheerful girl.

If it weren't for such a personality, Lu Yan He wouldn't have become very close to her.

Speaking of which, he is very tolerant, in fact, he is also a social phobic. Generally speaking, if others don't take the initiative, he rarely takes the initiative to become friends with someone. Almost all friends he met on the set must have taken the initiative to throw an olive branch first.

Chen Siqi: Don't worry, I'm going to find an editor in charge of the film and television section to be a local guide, I will explain it to her clearly.

Lu Yan He: Hmm, remember to let her sign a confidentiality agreement.

Better safe than sorry.

Even if it is an editor in the film and television section, it is possible to resign.

Lily Williams, such a world-famous Hollywood female star, still needs to pay attention to privacy protection.

Don't turn a good deed into a bad deed.

As soon as the plane landed, Lu Yan He saw the *Young Days* film crew.

A follow-up camera, two editors.

Even Peng Zhixing was there.

"Why are you here too?" Lu Yan He asked in surprise.

They came out of the VIP channel, and the airport security had received the notice in advance and was doing related arrangements and guidance work. There were relatively few passengers around, but some people were still holding mobile phones and filming.

Peng Zhixing said: "Everyone sent me to pick you up."

He looked at Chen Siqi and Lily Williams at the same time.

He saw Chen Siqi and didn't feel strange, but Lily Williams was also there.

Peng Zhixing was a bit surprised.

Lu Yan He introduced both sides directly.

"Lily Williams, the actress who starred in *Mist* with me, she also starred in *Speed of Life and Death* with Yan Liang."

"Lily, he is Peng Zhixing, who records this program with me, a very famous program host in China."

Lily Williams took the initiative to reach out and shake hands with Peng Zhixing.

Peng Zhixing: "Hi, nice to meet you."

"Hello."

Lu Yan He said: "Then I'll go with them, Siqi, Lily, bye."

Chen Siqi waved her hand with a smile and said bye to the camera.

Lily Williams also waved with a smile.

After getting on the program team's car, Peng Zhixing asked: "How come Lily Williams is on the same flight as you guys?"

"Met on the plane, she has work in Yuming tomorrow." Lu Yan He explained, "By the way, I still have to ask her if it's OK for her to appear in this program, if it's not suitable, I have to ask the program team to delete her footage."

"Hmm." Peng Zhixing said, "I originally thought you invited her to participate in our program."

Lu Yan He thought about it and said: "Sure, she only has work tomorrow... oh, no, not suitable."

He originally wanted to ask Lily Williams if she wanted to come to the program to play, but suddenly thought that her mood was not very good, in this case, it was not suitable for making a program at all.

When she was at the airport just now, her mood in front of the camera was a bit reluctant to be happy, it was acted out. (Main text ends) ===== CHAPTER 939 =====
