Chapter 763: Go shopping

"Then let's go eat ice cream, shall we?" May said.

"Okay!" Misty and Cynthia readily agreed.

"Yay~ let's go!" May jumped and skipped as she ran outside happily.

"May, slow down, watch your step," Cynthia called out.

"Mom, don't worry, I can take care of myself. Let's go!" May said happily.

"May, Ash, you two wait a moment, I'm going to pay the bill," Cynthia's hurried voice came.

"Mom, it's okay, you just go pay, don't worry about us," Ash said, holding Cynthia back.

"Right, Auntie, May knows what to do. We've grown up too, we're not children anymore," Misty chimed in.

"Uh! Then you two be careful, don't get lost, otherwise I'll worry about your safety," Cynthia thought for a moment and said.

"Mm-hm, goodbye Auntie!" May and Misty waved their hands, watching Cynthia walk away.

"Brother Ash, why do you think Auntie cares about us so much?" May asked, puzzled.

"Hehe, because she treats you like her own children," Ash explained.

"Oh! So that's how it is," May said, suddenly enlightened.

"Yeah, May, do you remember Xiao Ming and Xiao Li from our class?" Ash suddenly said.

"Mm! I remember, Sister Xiao Li and Brother Xiao Ming are quite nice to me," May recalled and said.

"Yeah, they are both good kids, especially Xiao Li, she's a kind child. So I decided to take you to see Xiao Li and Brother Xiao Ming, and visit their parents while we're at it," Ash said.

"Brother Ash, Brother Ash. Wait for me!" Hearing that Ash was going to take her and Misty to see Xiao Ming and Sister Xiao Li, May immediately chased after Ash's pace.

"Hehe, Xiao Qing, I'll take May and the others to find Misty and Xiao Ming first, and we'll come pick you up later," Ash turned his head and said.

"Fine, you go ahead. I'll go shopping with Xiao Qing, and after you come back, we'll go find you," Xiao Qing said.

"Mm, be careful on the way!" Ash instructed.

Then, Ash held the hands of the two little girls, May and Misty, and headed toward the town where Misty and Xiao Ming lived.
