Chapter 495

【Ultear's pupils contracted instantly!】

【Indescribable anger surged into her heart, so much so that she didn't even have the mind to think about how Black Natsu knew about this.】

【She bulged her eyes and stared fixedly at Black Natsu.】

【"That woman... is not my mother!!!"】

【"What amazing resentment," Black Natsu said.】

【"So, you don't understand anything at all; what's the point of asking these?"】

【Ultear turned her head and spoke in a low voice.】

【"Not necessarily. I don't know what happened between you and your mother, but Ur was indeed a great mage."】

【"At the same time, as Gray's master, being able to sacrifice her own life to seal Gray's nightmare, Deliora, this act is also very admirable."】

【Black Natsu responded.】

【"Stop talking big. Yes, that woman might indeed be as you said, but that was only for her disciple; what does it have to do with me?"】

【"For her, disciples are countless times better than me, her own biological daughter!"】

【Ultear gritted her teeth tightly, roaring angrily.】

【Black Natsu watched her quietly.】

【Then he shook his head slightly: "You... can't fool me."】

【"Let's make a deal! Ultear."】

【Seeming a bit slow to react, Ultear raised her head and looked at Black Natsu.】

【"What?"】

【"A deal!" Black Natsu smiled.】

【Then he said: "The content of the deal is also very simple. I want the Tower of Heaven, and then I will help you resurrect Ur!"】

【"How is that possible?!!"】

【Black Natsu's words contained too much information; Ultear couldn't help but widen her eyes.】

【"Do you know what you are saying? Resurrection? Resurrecting the dead??"】

【"Strictly speaking, it doesn't count as the dead," Black Natsu corrected.】

【"Ur's essence still exists; it's this ice."】

【"Iced Shell is a magic that turns oneself into ice; to put it plainly, it's a transformation of the life level, so it's not impossible to resurrect."】

【After a pause, he added: "Of course, after resurrection, your mother's essence will change; for example, she will no longer be in the identity of a human, but rest assured, she will still be Ur, both in appearance and inside."】

【"So, how about it? Are you in?"】
