Chapter 580

【Immediately following is Jellal's counterattack; the power of Heavenly Body Magic is revealed without reservation at this moment.】

【Natsu seems to have become a target being unilaterally beaten.】

【He has no ability to fight back at all.】

【However, Natsu's thinking during the battle is indeed much faster than usual.】

【In this battle, he keenly perceives that Jellal is holding back.】

【As for what he is holding back for?】

【Natsu knows very well: it is the tower beneath their feet.】

【The essence of the tower is a magic crystal.】

【As a magic crystal storing over 2.7 billion units of magic power, it is an unstable bomb itself.】

【Once it is damaged too much, it will cause magic power to leak, and if it is serious, it will even detonate the Tower of Heaven beneath their feet.】

【Thus, Natsu, having grasped Jellal's weak point, forces his body up and punches the magic crystal again and again.】

【Countless cracks appear in succession.】

【Jellal is completely enraged, immediately releasing magic power to attack Natsu continuously.】

【But Natsu still forces himself to stand, releasing more powerful magic to strike the tower.】

【In the violent explosion, this floor has been destroyed beyond recognition.】

【Jellal is completely furious.】

【He immediately releases the highly destructive magic, Abyss Break.】

【Like a black hole, the terrifying attack heads straight for Natsu.】

【But, at the critical moment.】

【A figure rushes out, forcibly blocking the attack.】

【It is Simon.】

【He did not leave the tower with Gray and the others; instead, he stayed behind and appeared on the top floor, blocking the attack at the critical moment.】

【But at the same time, his own life is completely extinguished by this attack.】

Outside the screen.

Kagura's eyes are blood-red, staring fixedly at this scene.

The veins on the back of her hand, gripping the blade, are bulging one after another.

She mutters: "Jellal..."

"I will kill you!!"

【The screen on the screen continues.】

【Seeing Simon rush up recklessly, Jellal mocks him without mercy.】

【But the next moment, he is sent flying by a punch from the enraged Natsu.】

【Natsu, blinded by anger, doesn't care about any taboos anymore.】

【He directly pulls off the crystal storing Etherion's magic power and forcibly swallows it.】

【In an instant!】

【Violent magic power rushes straight to his head.】

【That backlash almost costs Natsu his life.】

Outside the screen.

Igneel slaps his thigh hard.

"Kid, that was the time!"

"You really aren't afraid of death!! Do you know that if I hadn't suddenly woken up and helped you block most of the backlash force back then..."

"I'm afraid you would have died right then and there."

Natsu, being scolded by name, scratches his head and laughs it off: "Well, at the time, I just wanted power, I didn't think that much..."

Igneel shakes his head incessantly upon hearing this: "You, if I weren't watching, I don't know how many times you would have died."

"Really..."

【The screen on the screen continues.】

【Natsu, hanging by a thread, suddenly erupts, and terrifying magic power boils on his body.】

【Dragon scales begin to bulge on Natsu's cheeks one by one.】

【Dragon Force!】

【With the help of Etherion's terrifying magic power, Natsu activates Dragon Force for the first time.】

【The immense power even suppresses Jellal firmly.】

【Both in strength and speed, he has caught up to Jellal.】

【The terrifying flames are something even Jellal doesn't dare to touch easily.】

【But Jellal is no ordinary person.】

【Pushed to the edge, he can no longer hold back; he doesn't care about the tower anymore.】

【Anyway, even if it's destroyed, he can just rebuild it.】

【Pushed to the edge, Jellal immediately intends to use the super-powerful attack magic that can destroy the tower in one blow, Grand Chariot.】

【But, at this critical moment, a sharp pain comes from the abdomen where Erza had just cut him.】

【It turns out that mobilizing such a massive amount of magic power has affected Jellal's injuries.】

【The magic array disappears directly.】

【His whole body becomes stiff for a moment, and Natsu seizes the opportunity.】

【Releasing all his magic power, he delivers the final, fatal blow, defeating Jellal!】

【The battle ends here!】

The white-bordered screen pauses.

Then it slowly dims.

Replacing it, the black-bordered screen gradually begins to light up! ===== CHAPTER 581 =====
