Chapter 1425

Su Qian screamed out loud.

"Really!! It's been selected!!!"

This was the first time the netizens had seen her scream like this, completely disregarding her image.

But at this very moment, no one cared about her at all.

Countless people's gazes were fixed on the large image in the center.

It actually... really was selected!

At this moment, in university dormitories, subways, and on the streets across the country...

In all sorts of places, screams would suddenly erupt, followed by a loud shout: "Damn Mihuyou!"

And this news spread to every corner of the world at an incredible speed.

Countless Mihuyou players were exceptionally excited.

The reason they were excited wasn't just because they could buy the 【Qilin Sister Ganyu】 plushie.

It was because the game they loved had actually gained the attention of a grand event like the Olympics and had become the protagonist.

As players, they suddenly felt a sense of "shared honor."

On the other side, although the girls at the Mihuyou studio had known the result for a long time, when the moment finally arrived, they were all genuinely happy for Sister Ganyu.

And Mo Li also posted an announcement immediately.

In the announcement, besides expressing his gratitude, he was generous for once, deciding to give away a free five-star character of choice during the next version update.

Once this news broke, the players felt even more excited, calling Boss Mo Li generous.

Hmm... as soon as they saw there were benefits, they stopped calling him 【Otto the Scoundrel】.

The next day, the evening news even spent a full 2 minutes explaining the ins and outs of this matter.

During the segment, they specifically explained 【Sister Ganyu】's image in the game.

"The breeze brushes the forest, the sweet rain moistens all things."

"As a Qilin, she is a spirit beast that represents auspiciousness and peace in our Dragon Kingdom."

"And in the game, she follows the spirit of the contract, working diligently for thousands of years, never abandoning Liyue; she is a representative and role model of the hardworking masses..."

The two-plus minutes allowed many people who didn't know 【Sister Ganyu】 to get a general understanding of her.

Whether it was the symbolism, her fame in the world, or her popularity, she was perfectly suited to be the mascot for this year's Olympics.

It was truly well-deserved and what the public wanted.

Now that the voting was over, countless netizens began to look forward to the opening of the Olympics.

Because by then, they would be able to buy the 【Qilin Sister Ganyu】 plushie.

Kafka also found Mo Li to discuss whether they should set up a factory to produce some 【Qilin Sister Ganyu】 plushies when the time came.

Regarding this, Mo Li didn't have much interest and shook his head:

"If you want to make that money, feel free, I'm not interested."

"Besides, we are currently operating three games, and during this period, I'm also thinking about releasing a Chinese-style horror game."

"And I also need to pay attention to the construction of 【Elysian Realm】."

"Especially this 【Elysian Realm】, I think we can try our best to finish building it, get it approved, and open it before the Olympics start next year."

"As long as we promote it during the Olympics, a large number of foreign tourists will definitely pour in, which will allow 【Elysian Realm】 to quickly build fame abroad, preparing for the future of surpassing Disney."

"So, I don't want to spend the effort to earn that little bit of money."
