Looking back at these two volumes, the problem ultimately comes down to writing a progression story as an invincible-power fantasy.

I always knew where the problem lay, but the outline structure is what it is — there's no way to suddenly end the Xuanhuang Realm arc.

At the time there was a choice to bring in some cosmic power to fight the Xuanhuang Realm — for instance, the Kashen Realm Star attacking the Xuanhuang Realm, then opening a new realm and the like — but that would seriously clash with the outline and earlier settings, so on reflection I let it go.

Never having written such good results, my mindset was up and down; add to that that I used to be someone who liked reading comments, so seeing the harsh ones inevitably made me irritable. But it's much better now — I just don't look, and then no one scolds me!
