Chapter 1211

Although time is short, the quiet will grow long; years are not many, the busy are more urgent.

When busy, one always feels that the days pass very quickly.

Winter has just passed, spring comes again, in less than three months, the air is filled with scorching heat waves again, and before the heat waves spread, light rain falls first.

Plum rain season...

In Yixing County, the Eternal Spring Tree climbs step by step, lush with leaves, branches neat, raindrops dripping along the green leaf tips. Today at noon, a rare sunny day, the surrounding rainwater dried up under the sunlight, leaving a circle of shallow waves.

As the bridgehead and portal of the thirteen fief ports, Liang Qu did not plant the Eternal Spring Tree in the original Yixing Town, but placed it next door, in Nanxun Township, which the imperial court divided into the scope of Yixing County.

The reason is nothing else.

First, after ten years of development, Yixing Town has been driven by Pingyang Prefecture and imperial court policies, with a very large population, and there is not so much free land for him to plan and show his skills.

No natural disasters, no man-made disasters, a household in the local household register is often six people, which is a very healthy average number.

Basically, one household has one old person or no old person, a couple, not counting those who died young, raising three to four children.

Trees grow and branch, children grow and separate families.

In addition, "those who have two or more adults and do not separate are doubled in tax."

Therefore, for one thousand households, the local area is about six thousand people, and basically one household has one adult between twenty and fifty-five.

The general process is, the couple has children, according to age, the big ones separate, finally the small son stays home, the small son grows up to be an adult, the couple is also old, not counting as adults, as for why one household has one old person, it is often because the children and grandchildren don't want to suffer losses, will each support, finally averaged, one household shares one old person or none.

However, Yixing's current data can often reach seven people per household, showing the prosperity of the place.

Mouths need food, there is very little large-scale flat land, building high buildings on flat ground, it is inevitable to occupy, then it is a series of relocation and compensation, too troublesome, the more places that pull skin, the easier it is to have problems, slowing down construction.

Second, Liang Qu's own Prince's Mansion is in Yixing Town. When the Eternal Spring Tree becomes a landmark like the Sky Shipping Chamber of Commerce in the future, there will be more people in Yixing Town, and then the traffic will be on the street at the door, which is noisy.

The basic position is set, the urgent thing is the connection between each other, road connection.

Yellow earth roads are not enough, bluestone slabs are not enough, they must be thick and rectangular, bluestone strips used to cast embankments.

If you want to be rich, build roads first.

This sentence is engraved in Liang Qu's instinct.

Everything can be slow, road construction cannot be slow, between major attractions, there must be good roads.

Stone materials from Nan'an came to Yixing County by water transport, were salvaged ashore, then cut into suitable sizes, filled into roads, winding and linking Huaiyin Martial Hall, Shangrao Port, completing the closed loop.

All are places that burn money.

Especially road construction.

Before Liang Qu built it, he didn't know that a twenty-mile road could be so expensive!

Clearly he could cover it with one finger, crush it all, but the construction cost was ridiculously high.

Fortunately, many projects have begun to make money and return costs, especially the cattle dam tax and truss ferry tax in water transport.

Early June, the cicadas haven't started calling yet.

The lotus flowers in the pond began to bloom.

Wulong hid under the tree shade and stuck out its tongue, the sweat dripping down printed a group of water stains.

Through the round window, one can see the Eternal Spring Tree standing in the sky, workers of the Sky Shipping Chamber of Commerce brought wooden boards, hung ropes, and built houses on the tree trunk.

Changing with each passing day.

"The cattle dam tax and truss ferry tax of the May waterway are roughly used in the following aspects..."

"General Tiemushan has so far brought a total of three million investments, the destination is... Southern Border treasure sales earned 560,000..."

"The main road of Yixing County is roughly paved, thirty miles long, ten zhang wide, with three-foot shrubs planted in the center, lasting six months, costing 1.8 million."

"Prince's Mansion construction is led by monkeys and beaver clans, expected to be completed by the end of this year."

"May Phoenix Immortal fish brought a total income of 76,000 taels, a slight decrease compared to April."

"General Xu's Autumn Water Bathhouse is completed, integrating bath, food, living, cultivation, and movie watching, initially opened, May late dividend 3,450 taels."

"The Jade Crystal Ship on the Water-Sky Plank Road in Jiangchuan County had a total revenue of 46,800 taels in May, but it has not yet covered the firing cost of the Jade Crystal Ship, expected to rise in summer..."

The hedgehog reported one after another.

"So, in terms of finance this month, construction and output from all sides are roughly equal?" Liang Qu was pleasantly surprised.

"That's right, Great King, before June, most of the land debt is constantly accumulating, on the books, excluding the 20 million taels of the Sky Shipping Chamber of Commerce, there is still 8 million debt caused by road construction, totaling nearly 30 million debt.

But it is expected that in June this year, after the weather warms up, it will maintain a level of neither increasing nor decreasing, without debt, expected to gradually pay off debt starting in July."

"Dragon Palace construction also began to warm up, since Little Star advanced to demon beast, the search range increased greatly, caught many treasure fish, combined with treasure plant planting, treasure fish raising, began to issue salaries to working water beasts, major clans also counted the numbers, began to collect treasure fish tax.

Especially North Water King, Great King, North Water King reopened trade, fifteen tax one, paid especially much, now most of the expenses of the underwater Demon Court come from North Water King!"

Sea Shop Owner.

Never disappoints.

"Good, very good." Liang Qu was incomparably gratified.

Exhausted all efforts, busy for half a year, and even had less husband-and-wife life with Eying, finally got the two carriages of water and land running, as long as they move, the rest is much easier to walk!

He actually has such talent for governance?

"In this situation, I can only use one word to describe it." Liang Qu stood up with his hands behind his back.

The hedgehog asked: "Don't know what word the Great King wants to say?"

"Thriving!"

"Exquisite, Little Hedgehog submits!" Little hedgehog looked amazed, holding the register as a tablet, "In the world and on the ground, only the Great King..."

The words stopped abruptly.

Little Xiao Xiao Shenlong floated in leisurely, flicked two dragon claws, pointed at himself, pointed at the hedgehog.

Accompanied by the appearance of the Little Xiao Xiao Shenlong, the pond disturbed water waves, and the summoned Quan Yuxuan and Quan Guangqin came to the garden.

"See the Great King! Don't know what the Great King has to order?"

"Just in time, Hedgehog, Yuxuan, Guangqin, what I say next, you write it down."

"Yes!"

Nothing to do with him, Little Xiao Xiao Shenlong looked around, flicked his mane, eyes sharp saw a wooden ruler, eyes bright, flipped over and over, tore the blank corner of the register into small scraps.

"Crackle crackle crackle."

Hedgehog, Twenty Jiaoren took out blank registers.

Liang Qu pointed to the Eternal Spring Tree: "You can see that now the thirteen ports have begun to build houses, Guangqin, Yuxuan, you are responsible for the Yunyang port, at the same time don't forget, the cloth shadow construction of all thirteen ports, others can be ignored, the cinema must be built first.

I appropriated 800,000 to purchase Dragon Spirit Gauze for you, speed up the progress, before the end of June, the cloth shadow must be put into screening, and excluding the three new cloth shadows I wrote, there must be at least five new films, totaling eight or more put into screening."

"Understood."

"Second point, Hedgehog you pay attention, it is the road guide pilot, try in Yixing County, cancel the road guide setting for Yixing people to go to other ports."

"Adult this... if population loss, no one farms, what to do?" Hedgehog was shocked.

"So I said it's a pilot, and, you have to change your thinking, you can't just use restrictive means."

Hedgehog scratched his head: "Please instruct, Adult."

"In the past, anyone who was a Yixing person, didn't do bad things, could get my subsidy, go to school, read in the academy, we should use many benefits to emphasize the importance of population household registration, instead of directly restricting daily circulation."

"In this way, it will cost a lot of money, right?"

"So we have to plan for the long term, slowly add."

Hedgehog nodded: "Please give Little Hedgehog some time, think carefully."

"No problem, this matter is not urgent, the next one is the highlight, all people in charge must know, you three are responsible for informing each other."

Everyone lowered their heads to listen.

"Before the end of June, all thirteen ports must hold River God Festivals, hold them big, hold them special, every place must be treated as a local cultural festival, all port people in charge, think of ways to bring out their own characteristics! I will go to preside over the sacrifice one by one! Start from June 6th, Yixing County, one session every three days, until mid-July, end at Blue Lake!"

"Obey!"

Twenty Jiaoren fell into the water, hedgehog organized the register.

"Boss Boss!" Little Xiao Xiao Shenlong patted the paper scraps stuck on the wooden ruler, dragon claws against the corner, "I also have important matters to report!"

"Speak!"

"Through my unremitting efforts, found three Mirage Clan little insects!"
